Steemit Challenge s28wk1 : Zany and the tiny colored dragon

world where emotions are physically manifested as creatures roaming the streets. The rain had been falling all afternoon, turning the city streets into gray and lonely. Zany pulled her hood tight, the cold wind pressing against her skin like a reminder of how alone she felt. That’s when she saw a moving figure weaving colors through the mist.

Zany froze as she saw a bright and fluttering tiny colored dragon dancing just beyond the puddle at the edge on the street. She remembered everyone said small dragons appear when you least expected them, but she never thought she’d see one ever.

It floated toward her, its wings casting sparkles on her wet jeans. She felt as if all the dullness around her seemed to pulse with color now. She held out her hand, trembling.

The dragon landed softly on her fingers, and in that moment she felt the heaviness in her chest lifted just a little. She managed to smile feeling something she hadn’t in forever. Was it a spark of joy? They moved together into the evening, light trailing behind them....

Zany stayed there while they rain was falling, her tiny coloured dragon kissed her hand. Just a moment before, it was a burst of colour in a world of gray. Zany felt a bit sense of wonder, a small mix of fear as she looked at the dragon.

The dragon looked up at her with its shining eyes just like a star. Zany felt a connection, like the dragon understood her. She smiled as the dragon nuzzled her finger.

As kept on standing there, the rain reduced, and the environment around her came alive. Colours began getting brighter, sounds became more clearer and everything felt more real. Zany felt like she was waking up from a long sleep.

The dragon flapped its wings, and Zany laughed. It was like what she'd never had before.She had a feeling that anything was possible.

At dawn, Zany and the dragon explored the city. They walked through streets that were suddenly full of life, full of creatures that represented emotions. They saw a cloud that cried tears that turned into flowers. They also saw an angry storm sad cloud.

But with the dragon by zany, she felt like she could face anything. They arrived to a bridge, and the dragon flew ahead of her , leading the way. Zany followed.

When they reached the Middle of the city, the dragon halted, and Zany saw a man, not just a normal man but an old man with an eyes that twinkled like the stars.

"Welcome, Zany," [he said.] "I've been waiting for you. My name is Sages, and I've been watching you."
"What do you want?" [she asked.]

"I want to show you something,". [Sages said.] "Come with me."

The dragon flew ahead, and Zany followed Sages to a small door. He opened it, and Zany gasped. Inside, she saw a garden, full of creatures. There were happy butterflies, sad tears, and angry storms.

But what caught her eye was a tree, its branches. It was a tree of hope.

"This is where hope grows," [Sages said. ] "And you, Zany, have a special gift. You have the power to nurture it."

Zany felt emotional. She began to know that she was not alone, she knew that they people liked, she had a purpose.

She smiled as the dragon touched her finger. She knew she was not just alone, she realized she found a friend and a new family.

When they began leaving the garden, the rain started reducing, the sun shinned brighter. The rainbow shinned it colours just like the bright colours of the dragon when zany looked up

Zany smiled happily as the dragon flew away. Now Zany has a new beginning a new chapter.
