That evening was different. Tina was cooking alone in her mother's kitchen. The room was slowly getting dark. The cold, gentle winter breeze coming through the window was touching Tina's body. A strange silence was all around. The gentle breeze seemed to be stirring up old memories. Tina was thinking about her mother and water was rolling down her eyes like dewdrops.

At that moment, "Mom" suddenly came out of her mouth without her knowing. No one answered. But Tina was feeling that her mother was with her. Her mother's old face was floating before her eyes. She felt like her mother was standing with her and teaching her how to cook just like before. In this way, Tina was immersed in the world of imagination. A sudden gust of wind woke Tina from her imagination.

"Tina then sighed." Tina understands that everything is just her imagination." Her mother is no more -

Just then the mobile rang loudly. Tina received the call, "Hello." A trembling female voice answered from the other side of the phone - "Tina, am I too late?"

Tina's chest started to heave. The blood in her whole body seemed to freeze. Tina answered Who are you? Her voice was trembling.

A deep sigh was heard on the other side of the phone, and she said - "I am your mother"

Tina then answered in a tearful voice, "Are you kidding me? My mother...my mother was a long time ago..." Tina sighed. Tears were rolling down her eyes, Tila. Tina wiped her eyes. She asked again, "Who are you?"

The silence was broken by the answer from the other side. "I am your mother's female friend...whom you always made mistakes with." The one you thought was influencing your mother. You kept us apart. But today… I thought you were in trouble, tell me the truth.”
Tina was shocked again and said, “Really… is it true?”

A soft voice answered from the other side - “Your mother left a recording for me the night before she died, I have it.” You can listen to the recording tonight if you are really ready.

Tina froze for a moment. There was no word on her lips, the air seemed to stop, a strange silence all around. Tina’s throat went dry, “The recording is for me?”

The voice on the other side-
Yes, he said, ‘Give it to Tina when she can forgive me.’ Maybe... the time has come. '

Tina misunderstood her mother and moved away from her mother. Tina burst into tears. All the mistakes and faults were hers. Every moment felt like her heart was breaking anew.

Tina said in a tear-stained voice, "I want to hear my mother's last voice once." Please send me the recording now.

Just then, a notification came on her mobile. There was a voice message. Tina placed her finger on the voice message file. It felt like Tina's heart was coming out. And the next moment, she heard her mother's last voice. The one she thought she would never hear again.

As soon as she turned on the voice message, her mother's voice came through the silence - "Tina... if you are listening to this recording, then I will understand that you have learned to be a little softer towards yourself. I have never been angry with you, no matter how you are, you are my daughter, and that is my Pride.”“You thought, I didn’t understand you.But the truth is—I understood you very well, I just didn’t say it. Because you’re strong, and I wanted you to grow up on your own.”“Tina, when you left, it wasn’t that I didn’t feel pain… But I knew that one day you would return. Not just home, but to yourself. When you made a mistake, I made a mistake toBut love doesn’t hold onto mistakes—it teaches you to let go.“If you ever feel like you’re alone… remember that I’m there. In every smile of yours, every pride, every kitchen mell… Mothers don’t go anywhere, Tina.We just change.”

At the end of the recording, Tina started to cry hysterically. Tina slowly wiped her eyes. Tina calmed down a bit. She felt something lightened, as if a stone of many years had been lifted from her chest. At that moment, the doorbell rang. Tina saw a middle-aged woman opening the door. Tina stared at it for a moment, unable to say anything.

The woman came forward, took her hand and said, "I am the friend of your mother whom I spoke about on the phone. I thought I needed to meet you in person today. Your mother told me, "If Tina ever breaks down, pick her up." So I came today. I knew you would break down after listening to the recording.

Tina's eyes got wet again. The woman said, "People who have gone away are not really lost, they come back in a different form. Sometimes as a recording, sometimes as a touch, and sometimes as a memory. "

Tina sighed and said in a steady voice, "Mom was right when she said I'm not alone anymore." Tina thought to herself that this was her new beginning. She was no longer alone, her mother was by her side.

Thank you for sharing such a powerful and meaningful story. It's a beautiful reminder that loss doesn't always mean absence—sometimes it transforms into new voices, memories, and strength.

Thank you so much for your beautiful comment

Dealing with the lost of a loved one can be devastating realizing this bitter reality can drive someone into a deep depression it only takes a strong mind to stay strong in this kind of situation but sometimes it's okay to cry when our heart feel so heavy is okay to break down but it's also okay to know that life doesn't end we should pick up that pieces and start over again.
