Steemit Challenge s28wk2 : Remembering Through Healing
In the evening, Tina was cooking snacks for herself, her father, and her young brother, Dean. She was cooking noodles. Old memories consume her. She remembered the day when she tried to cook noodles for the first time. She used insufficient water and added noodles before the water completely boiled. The output was terrible.

Her mother yelled at her too much. Scolded her. Eventually slapped her once. She left the kitchen with anger. Later that day, her mother returned with a plate of noodles. It was emitting a wonderful fragrance. Set next to her. She took her hand and said,
This was your first attempt. I shouldn’t have yelled at you that much. Anyway, you have to learn how to do it. Let me tell you how you can do it better.
And then, her mother taught her how to cook noodles deliciously. Now, her noodles are very famous among those who know her.
At night, Tina sits on the couch, with their old family album. She took out his mother's picture, placed her hand on her picture. She tried to feel her presence. She fell asleep like this.
In the morning, she was standing on the balcony looking out. Spring had begun. New leaves had sprouted on the trees. New flowers had bloomed. The surroundings were filled with colorful flowers. The two baby birds born last month were trying to fly. The chicks were born a few days after their mother died. She stared at them for a long time, lost in thought.
She thought that after a few days, the two baby birds would grow up. They would learn to fly. After a while, they would build a new nest in the park. In this way, they would show the light of the world to their next generation. They would not stay in their mother's shelter forever. Their mother would not be with them forever. No human being would stay on earth forever. But their memory would remain. They would live in the memories of their loved ones. They would live through their work. They would be immortal.
She remembered two lines from Rabindranath Tagore's famous poem, "Sonar Tori."
No room, no room, the boat is too small.
Loaded with my gold paddy, the boat is full.
Tina thought, This is life. That's why life is so great. The great ages do not accept us as living beings for our entire lives. But they accept us through our work and our memories.
For the first time since her mother's death, Tina found a resolve within herself. Not in despair or in the throes of losing her mother, but in the power within her to turn grief into strength. She started thinking about what his mother liked and disliked. She started planning to dress himself accordingly. She decided to follow in her mother's footsteps, in her memory.
That afternoon, Tina asked her father to take them to the banyan tree on the riverbank. Her father was very surprised because he knew that the banyan tree was Tina's mother's favorite place. They went there and Tina planted several trees on the riverbank. Planting trees was one of Tina's mother's hobbies. Tina dreamed that every day she would plant trees to fulfill her mother's dream. One day, the news of her mother's hobby would spread all over the world. Her mother would also be remembered in the history of the world as a nature lover.
