Hello all Steemians,

Contest: Steemit Challenge - Season 28 Week 3 : Hope Grows Like Spring by @dove11

The prompt story starts from here,

Ronny was in bad mood and hopeless as he had taken a long leave from his job after a breakup and he's sure he will not be in any relationship with anyone. That day he was sitting on the balcony, watching the city below moving on as usual, facing a strange storm inside him.

His friends had stopped calling after a while, and silence became his only companion. He would wake up late, stare at the ceiling, and wonder if love had simply been a trick of fate. He had learned his lesson. He was sure that he would never be in another relationship again. Hopelessness kind of seeped into his life.

One morning, while walking through a park, Ronny noticed a gardener trimming the branches of a dead looking tree which had no leaves.

He was curious, "Why are you working on a dry tree?"

The gardener smiled and said, “This tree will bloom again when the season comes back.”

The words struck him deeply as he looked at the tree once again. That tree stood bare, no color, no leaves, yet the gardener had a firm faith in his words.

From that day on he started walking to the park every morning. Slowly, something shifted inside him. He began to notice small things like, the smell of wet soil, the warmth of sunlight after rain. Grief no longer ruled him. Weeks later, as spring arrived, the same tree burst into soft pink bloom.

Ronny returned to work, feeling calm for the first time in months. He met a new colleague, Nina, who had just joined his team. Her laughter reminded him of his old flame Sameera but quieter, genuine, and full of life.

And Now My story continued from hear,

Before I continue this story, I'm reminded of an old saying that's very popular in our country. And perhaps this saying applies to other countries as well.

They say that life doesn't stop with someone's departure. Life is like a play, filled with joy and sorrow. The show must continue even after someone leaves, departs, or dies.

Seeing new buds on a withered tree, Ronnie's life also began to blossom with a renewed desire to live. Gradually, the clouds of sorrow from his painful past began to dissipate. And, luckily, Nina, who looked exactly like Sameera, joined his team to give him new courage to live, and a new light of love began to blossom in his extinguished flame.

God has given us humans a deeply emotional heart, filled with feelings like compassion, kindness, attachment, delusion, love, greed, lust, anger, desire, love, and hate. Perhaps this is what distinguishes humans from animals.

And then, when Ronnie saw Neena, a desire for life was awakened in him, and his attraction for her blossomed into love. He then began to get closer to Neena whenever he could.

One day, he found an opportunity to share his story with Neena, as he didn't want anyone else to know that Ronnie had once loved Sameera deeply and that they had separated.

Neena was an educated, intelligent woman with a very emotional heart. Hearing Ronnie's frankness and his story of love failure, she became emotional. She told Ronnie, "It's okay. Now, stop worrying about your past love and focus on your work. When I feel that you have completely forgotten Sameera, I will have no problem loving you too."

Ronnie was overjoyed to hear Neena's response. He felt that passion and happiness would return to his life.

Now, whenever they had the chance, Ronnie and Nina would meet after work, at restaurants, picnic spots, or the cinema. Gradually, Nina began to believe that Ronnie had completely freed himself from the memories of Samira.

One day, Ronnie took Nina to the same park where he had found renewed inspiration to live after seeing the new spring bloom on a withered tree. He showed her the tree, now full of pink flowers and leaves.

Gesturing to the tree, Ronnie said, "Look, Nina, the beauty of this tree blooming again in spring is what gave me the will to live. When I separated from Samira, all its leaves and flowers had withered, and it, like me, was almost dead. But, by a miracle of nature, this tree blossomed again, inspiring me to live again."

Nina was astonished to hear all this, as she had never seen life from this perspective.

After this trip to the park, any remaining doubts in Nina's mind were dispelled, and she fell completely in love with Ronnie.

And then one day, she told her father about Ronnie and told him clearly that she and Ronnie loved each other very much and wanted to spend their lives together. Her father had no objections; he loved his daughter very much and knew that he would not make a wrong decision. The father immediately gave his permission to his beloved daughter and asked her to invite her friend home for dinner one day.

The father was also satisfied with meeting Ronnie, and a few days later, Ronnie and Nina were married with great pomp and show, and now they live a loving married life.

I hope you enjoyed my story. In this sequence, Again I invite three of my friends to share their stories here.@suryati1,@solperez, and @sualeha
