The Wedding Day

After 5 years after my mother passed away, my father brought up the idea of getting married to someone who can take good care of him when he retires from the military. He needs someone to look after him when he gets old because by then all his children would have been outside working trying to put their own family together which wouldn't be easy for my father if he didn't get married.

Every member of my family and I bought into the idea and we all agreed to support my father to ensure his wish came to pass so he could be happy and forget about thinking.

Finally, my dad found someone who they both got married as husband and wife on the 20th of November 2025. It was a joyful celebration that brought people from different places to come and witness the celebration.

Before the celebration, father wasn't happy because he thought he wouldn't be supported by his children and he thought finances would be an issue for him not to get married legally. As he decided to get married we his children came up, planned, and supported him in his newfound love.

People thought the wedding would be boring, or an empty wedding but they were shocked and amazed to see how the wedding turned out to be. It became the talk of the town, the best wedding celebrated in the town for the year. The most peaceful, loving, and memorable wedding in the town.

The wedding began with a traditional wedding, and ended with a church wedding, where people then went out for the proper celebration, where gifts were given, items, including foods were shared. Dance and other fun activities were celebrated.

I'm glad that your father got married and has someone to take care of him when he retires, especially that you, his children, have supported him.

Although you had a very good narrative, you had several details. The first of them is that you did not reach 300 words, which is the minimum allowed. Second point, you did not delve into the message, I thought you would talk about the lesson that this experience left you, but you did not delve into that topic. The photos were good.
