Today I am going to share a special moment in my life by participating in
@marvinvelasquez's challenge SLC-S30/W3. In my long 17+ years of career, there is an experience for which I am forever grateful to my organization.
### 17 years of experience and my journey: I started my career in the electronics sector in May 2008. Later, in the same sector, I joined Best Electronics, i.e. the current company, in 2013 as a Branch Manager. In 2022, I got promoted to Senior Manager. That means almost 13 years with this company. Out of these, I received the 10-year entry award, for which I express my gratitude.

### Mentorship: The story of making 15 managers
My outlet holds a special place among the 70 outlets of Best Electronics. After recruiting new managers and TSOs, the HR department of BEL sends them to my office for training.
"I have trained more than 15 branch managers so far, who are now successfully serving in different districts of Bangladesh. (Cumilla,Shatkhira,Sayedpur..)"
Its a great joy to teach someone something. Some of the new people who join have no previous experience working in an electronics company or have worked with an electronics brand as like Walton,Minister etc.But our Best Electronics deals with many brands under one roof like Sharp, Hitachi, Toshiba, LG, Samsung,Panasonic etc. I try to identify their problems and develop what they can do with my company, such as product knowledge, Staff relationship,customer’s relationship,logistics management, sales techniques, account and customer service management.They each join their new workplace with one to two weeks of training. Which gives me a different feeling. So I try to do it with utmost responsibility.
That unique moment of honor
Recently, I was awarded the "2025 Manager Development Award" at the company's "Road Map 2026" event.
Out of 70 outlets, I am the only one to receive this special honor, which is the first and greatest achievement of my 17 years career.
I am especially grateful to the Honorable Managing Director and Chairman Sir and the HR Department of my organization. Alhamdulillah, this is a recognition that no one in my organization has received before. Their right guidance and immense faith in me have brought me to this position today.
Recognition in career increases the motivation to work. I want to continue working like this for the development of my organization and for creating new skilled employees in the future.
