Un-boxing the unit it feels heavy. I noticed there wasn't a power brick which is nice.

It looks boxy I almost feel like it's a playstation.

It's clean, smooth. I hooked it up and noticed no option to plug in my kinnect. Which I don't remember hearing talked about anywhere.

The death of Kinnect?

Which begs the question how do I get a camera setup them? I didn't know I'd have to buy a separate camera to do the same things my Xbox 1 did. Not sure what cameras work with Xbox 1x. There is an adapter and its $40 but discontinued. So...

I got it setup and working after updates. Settings transfer with my cloud MS account which is great and I pre-setup from my phone during updates which made it faster.

Downloaded Pubg and started it up. From the first seconds of loading to the first jump it's a different game. Jump out of the plane feels smooth and flying through the air isn't painful. This is much more like GTA. Houses and locations render before you leave the plane. No more waiting for the buildings to show up or doors to render. Weapons render at 40 feet before you hit the ground.

From the second you hit the ground and don't have that framerate drop and lag you know this is how the game was made to play.

"this is how the game was made to be play"

Doors open, objects can be picked up without spamming the button. Shooting and running are SO MUCH better.

If you play pubg more than a few hours a month a XBOX 1 X is a must!

Gamestops giving $150 for your Xbox 1 and if you trade 3 games you get a 50% bonus on them too. It's time to upgrade. I haven't even tried 4k yet. That's next!
