Working out? Any form that includes stretching as I am very bad at it and Im trying to get better.

I saw the vid, looks like a good workout. Nice balancing skillz! I can do handstands in the pool for over a minute, and I can do them against a wall. I need to try a forearm stand!
For exercise, I play water volleyball; its a great game for the summer. Also, any racquet sport. For fun, I play poker or shoot pool or enter trivia contests or watch local bands. Oh, and comment on steemit posts. :D
Oh water volleyball! That sounds SO fun right about now. It's 109 degrees over here and NEVER gets this hot so I feel like I'm dying!!

Nice website and fun energy on instagram. Was trying to figure out where you're based and you hid the info well, but portland area I think?? Not 109 there though.
