WHAT IS QCI:
The new official Indian state certification of the quality of instructors and teachers of yoga, which is recognized throughout the world. Something like GOST, only in yoga.

There are two types of certification:

QCI Level 1 Instructor (200 hours of instruction)
QCI Level 2 Teacher (350 hours of training)
These levels are conditional and they have nothing to do with the usual separation of Sri Sri Yoga 1 teachers and Sri Sri Yoga teachers 2. Every day you will be busy with training and practice from 5 am to 10 pm. In this regard, a 3-week course is easier psychologically, it is cheaper and the chances to pass the exam are higher. On a 5-week course, you will need to learn much more Sanskrit and theory.

After passing the teaching course QCI1 or QCI2 and successfully passing the exam, you will receive an appropriate certificate and the right to hold official classes in Sri Sri Yoga. The activities of QCI1 instructors and QCI2 teachers in practical terms for your future students are no different. All that you get from the teacher's courses at different levels is only for you personally, your experience. You will not be able to give a program of the teacher's course in class. After any of the steps, you leave a full-fledged and full-fledged guide to the knowledge and practice of yoga.

QCI2 can be divided into two parts (3 + 2 weeks). That is, to go through the 3 first weeks, and then, within 2 years, to go through the last 2 weeks. But the first 3 weeks of QCI2 are not equal to 3 weeks of QCI1, they are different programs. After 3 weeks of QCI2, you leave home without an examination, a certificate and the right to conduct classes.
The manual and the right to hold 5-6 days of Sri Sri Yoga 1 is given only to active teachers (Happiness, Art Excel, Yes, etc.) Arts of Life.
To be eligible to hold on-site continuing courses in Sri Sri Yoga of the second degree, you must actively pursue Art of Living programs for more than 5 years. This has nothing to do with the QCI1 and QCI2 courses.
Therefore, the choice of QCI1 or QCI2 is yours, it's only a matter of time, finances and your personal efforts. In addition, the process of examination and certification itself is possible even without passing the teaching courses. So you can pass QCI1, and then, if you need a certificate for 350 hours, do an upgrade with the second exam.

Hello & Cheers!! I'm a content detection and information bot. You are receiving this reply because a short link or links have been detected in your post/comment. The purpose of this message is to inform your readers and yourself about the use of and dangers of short links.

To the readers of the post: Short links are provided by url shortening services. The short links they provide can be useful in some cases. Generally their use is benign. But as with all useful tools there are dangers. Short links can be used to hide all sorts of things. Quite frequently they are used to hide referral links for instance. While not dangerous this can be deceptive. They can also be used to hide dangerous links such as links to phishing sites, sites loaded with malware, scam sites, etc. You should always be extremely cautious before clicking on one. If you don't know and trust the poster don't click. Even if you do you should still be cautious and wary of any site you are sent to. It's always better to visit the site directly and not through a short link.

To the author of the post: While short links may be useful on some sites they are not needed on steemit. You can use markdown to format your links such as this link to steemit. It's as simple as [steemit](https://steemit.com) Unlike short links this allows the reader to see where they are going by simply hovering over the link before they click on it.
