Millon of youths from all around the world face challenges in finding the right opportunities to explore their potentiality and present their leadership ability. I believe if we can present the right opportunity for the right person, the world will be more balanced and peaceful. I am sure a lot of steemit users are just between 18 to 30 and have the power to change the world if everyone finds the right opportunity to do it.

I am working with a new project on steemit which aim is to share opportunities for youths. I already have received the account @youthopportunity last year. Thanks to @Acidyo for the help to create the account.

I will not be more detailed with the post as I still want to keep the ideas unpublished before implementation. As a passionate changemaker on youth leadership, community development, social and humanitarian activities, I would like to create a channel to share how youths around the world can get involved with their community development and find support from different NGOs, non-profit organizations by exploring their potentiality. The leadership programs will work help youths to connect with other changemakers and build networks with international organizations.

The project will also help to promote steemit who are looking for leadership and organizational opportunities outside of steemit but find the articles to read and learn about steemit too. I am very much optimistic and willing to talk with some of my friends on steemit to evaluate, develop and implement the idea

The @youthopportunity will also share the opportunities within steem blockchain. We know a lot of talented newbie joining on steemit every day but they can't find the right companies, communities, and organizations to show their talent and experience in this field. I believe if we can present the right opportunity to the right person, the world will be more balanced and peaceful.

My another youth-focused initiative is Steemit Bangladesh. @SteemitBD is the youth-run community organization which helps Bangladeshi youths to learn and gets support to develop their steemit journey. To empower youths, we need to help them to identify their passion and use it to make the world a better place. I need a few partners to work with @youthopportunity and willing to start the project by the end of December 2018.

I would like to have more suggestions from my followers and supporters if anyone has for me.
