Our Busy World: Does Anyone Even Understand What it Means to Simply BE?

The closet thing I feel you get to become " just to be" is when you accept you and your surroundings. Just to be there. When I truly get into a flow, where time and concerns are pulled from my conscious for a moment:)
Look yourself in the mirror, it does not fake anything. It always shows the real face of you.
I think I have the strongest sense of "just being" when I am doing wood carving. Sadly, I don't do it very often!

I get that same feeling from being outside doing nature photography, and I get it from painting mandalas on rocks... it's extremely meditative and peaceful. But-- like you-- I don't do these things as often as I'd like to.
Is Zappl a good place for just being? - isn't it a sort of twitter thing?
@zappl is like the Steemit front end app that's equivalent to twitter... you get 256 characters as I recall, and a photo.
I've been working on ways to increase community engagement... and recently been experimenting with zappl as a way to just ask questions (that don't require a lot of elaboration and explanation) that will get people involved; get them to engage.
It's sort of a change of format-- my average post here tends to be in the region of 500-600 words... a lot of people don't want to READ that, so I'm looking at alternatives... not as a permanent solution, but as something to mix into my usual stream of content.
