Guess what? Zappl just got delegated 500,000 SteemPower!
Thanks to @misterdelegation we have been given delegation.
Those who read our witness post know what we planned to incentivize users for being active on Zappl. https://steemit.com/witness/@zappl/zappl-inc-has-done-it-zappl-is-now-a-witness . Zappl will be using this delegation to reward users for their contribution and activity. We will be doing votes manually and not by bot as of yet until more users have started posting. It would be a waste of resources to turn a bot on as of yet.
Once zappl is over a few hundred posts a day we will switch to an automated model. This way we can get the data we need for the bot without causing reward pool abuse. So we will do at least 1%-5% up votes on unique content that is posted.
Content that is constantly re-posted will not be rewarded. We will then switch to an automated bot that will reward user based on activity which we will make a longer post about it. The reason why we plan to reward users is to add value to the blockchain and keep bringing new users into the steem blockchain. Users tend to leave when they feel they gain no value from content.

What is it called when you post on zappl? A zapp? A zappie? Zapper, zap, zpl? I read that the iOS app is under review, does that mean it's finished and awaiting confirmation by Apple to be posted on the store, or is that internal security review. How is "value" defined in this case?
A zap , when you share a post its a rezap. Also yes apple is being a little more strick with decentralized applications.
