How to send my litecoin to Steemit?

Time to time I sent my litecoins to blocktrades to power up, but
steemengine & poloniex are not working on Washington State..
Both says I cannot sign up that they don't support my region. SO
what is my option? Power down & sell or trade coins with Steemians?
Or blocktrades is just on maintenance that I can use it again later?
