Study in or outside the country?

Different person will have different option of study. Some people prefer to study at local university, and others prefer to study abroad. Each of those decision have several advantages and disadvantages.

Some people said that study overseas can sharpen our leadership and communication skills, the opposite one may say that study inside can strengthen or fully understand related to the subject or research.
