The power of nature

Jenny was utterly broken after the incident, she never believed such a thing could have actually happened to her, originally, the plan was to see Jordan's parents first then see hers later.
But due to the disappointment, Jenny went home to visit her mom alone, when she got there her mom hugged her and was eager to ask how she had been but she noticed her daughter didn't want to talk, so she decided to let her freshen up a bit.

When she had her meal which reminded her of how much she had missed her mum, she thanked her for the sumptuous meal. "honey, are you ok?, you look down and dull" her mum asked

"Mom, why did Jordan's mother move away? I want to know" Jenny asked back

Her mother looked down "Did you meet him in the university?" her mom asked

"That's not the question, why did they move, tell me!"

Her mother paced around and then sat down "Oh Rita and I were best of friends, we were so close and that's what brought you two close to each other, we worked together in everything, until we both got employed to a company, we worked for months without any notice of any salary, until one day Rita stumbled on an abandoned project and worked on it, it ended up giving the company much popularity, when asked who did it, Rita was celebrated, the company dug up both our past records, and promoted us both, then the company needed to get rid of some staff, Rita got jealous of me because I was gaining popularity and winning projects, the project she worked on was with my project idea. The company fired her, because she leaked some information to a rival company" Her mom explained

"Why did she leak the internet then?" Jenny asked

"Oh she was greedy for money, so she was set up by people, it wasn't her fault, but she couldn't bring herself to believe I was promoted to head director and she was fired, with her new husbands help these years she ,moved away, the company went bankrupt, so you know the situation from there"

Jenny was annoyed at the real story, was that why Rita called her ,other names, what kind of woman was she anyways.
Jordan tried reached Jenny but she blocked him everywhere, he then traced her mum's place and met her along the road.

"Jenny!" he said and ran towards her

"What are you doing here, how'd u find me?" she asked him

"You might have blocked me everywhere, but your location can't deceive me" While they were dating, they each had their location shared, so they could know where each other was.

Jenny quickly turned hers off and unshared the location.

"Anyways, can we just break up?!" Jenny said and left

Jordan was dumbfounded, he never knew she would be so hurt, she trailed her to her mum's place. He entered before she could realise he had entered the house.

"Hey could you just go away!" Jenny screamed

Jordan wasn't ready to hear that.
