Monthly Community Report Of Steem Alliance - April

Hi everyone, today I'm presenting the monthly report of Steem Alliance community for the month of April. In the month of April 2024, our community continued to thrive and grow. We faced some challenges but still we are moving fast towards our commitment and development. This report will summarize the key activities and developments from the past month.

The aim of our community is to unite all the communities together and work for the growth, promotion and development of the platform. Except that we also give space to the users for the discussion of blockchain and crypto related topics so, we all can learn about it and aware of the recent development in the technology.

Community Statistics

Currently our community is number fourteen in the ranking. Also our community has 2574 subscribers and 75 active authors who are the mods and admins of different reputed communities contributing by participating in different activities organised by our community.

Projects And Activities

(1) Monthly Community Report Activity:- Under this activity we guide all other communities to publish the report of their community every month and it helps all communities to know each other well and awre about the recent changes and developments of each community, it also helps in uniting all the communities in one place and in return we also help them as doing curation as a gesture of appreciation and continuity.

• To track that the data of the participation of the collaborated communities a collective monthly report is published by our Executive Admin @nusuranur.

• And a Monthly Observation Report is published by the Communication Manager @theentertainer to guide the communities if any irregularity is noticed regarding the report publishing activity.

(2) X/Twitter Promotion Project:- This project is created by @hafizullah to promote Steemit on Twitter so we can promote the platform and the blockchain efficiently to get more traffic to it. Under this project all communities are guided to publish the Tweeter Promotion Report done by each community every week by using our tweet feed bot.

• To track that the data of the participation of the collaborated communities in the Weekly X/Twitter Promotion activity a collective weekly report is published by our Executive Admin @nusuranur.

• Our Communitiy's Weekly Twitter Promotion Report is published by our Quality Controller Manager @alsarzilsiam.

Curation :- Except this work we curated 260 post from 45 different users posted in our community and we will continue this in future as well but in return we also want good contribution from all the users to make the above activities more successful.

Challenges We Faced

This time I found that many users didn't doing proper tweeter/x promotion and the communities who providing weekly twitter/x promotion report also not careful about what are they providing in the report and not guiding the users in the report who did mistake in doing the promotion as they didn't recheck it at all, although we guided them to be more careful about the work and I hope they will listen to it and provide good report from next time.

Conclusion

Despite the challenges, our community remains strong and committed to making our platform and the blockchain a better place for content creator, investors and developers. We look forward to a successful collaboration of current communities like they are doing now for continuous progress of our community projects.
