Weekly Steem Representative Report
Dear Steemit Team,
I'm excited to share with you my weekly Steem Representative report! Despite having a busy week, I managed to fulfill all my duties efficiently. I'm always available to help fellow users, whether it's answering questions or offering guidance. I even took the time to check on some users and encourage them to keep up the good work. Here's what I've been up to:
I've been communicating with a lot of new users, guiding them with their tasks and verifying those who complied with the greeter's team. I have trained them on how to create quality posts, source their images, and what is required of them in each task. Our team is improving, and I'm happy to see that.
However, I did encounter a few cases of plagiarism. I corrected them and encouraged users to always write in their own words. I'm pleased to say that I didn't encounter any AI cases, and @radjasalman reported our activities alongside some active newbies.
I read some fantastic content last week and used the SC09 account to show my support for over 40 quality posts and 10 good comments. While I did encounter some plagiarism, I advised the offenders to desist from such. I'm happy to report that most of our newbies are improving greatly and know the importance of quality engagement and support for others.
I emphasized to them the importance of supporting others by upvoting 10 different authors daily. I encouraged them to power up at least half of their rewards immediately after their first post pays out, and to continue on this pattern as it's the only way to grow their accounts. I reported our 4th-week activities.
I've been busy with my contest, which just expired two days ago. I'm yet to announce the winners because I'm still going through all the entries. However, I'll do that tonight and initiate a new contest. I'm always looking for ways to improve, and I hope to become even better!
I was active and engaged with others both online and offline. I guided, trained, corrected, encouraged, and supported others. My Voting CSI at the time of writing this report stands at 15.2 (0.00% self, 132 upvotes, 105 accounts, last 7d). I'm happy to report that I reached my thousand SP milestone last week! I'm glad I'm growing bit by bit!
