Freezing a Moment

Today I would like to share about High Speed Photography or we can say like Freezing a moment.
Freezing technique is the technique of photographing an object moving water. For example, people who are exercising with as if we can stop the object that is being moved. Or techniques that freezing the overall object elements that are in the frame. If you want to try this technique, use speed/high lens speed. Because if using a low speed, it has been ascertained that the object would you take to become a blur to give the impression of motion so that the photo not be clear and fuzzy. Not only that, one of the requirements for taking a photo with the technique of freezing is light. For you newbies, did in the open space in the afternoon with the Sun's light is being shone brightly. However, if you want to do it at night with minimal light, make sure you have the supporting equipment, such as flash or even lighting with a high synchronization speed anyway.
For That photo, I have simple tips for you guys.
Use high speed over 1/100 second, aperture (F) is set to adjust to the speed, and with 400 ISO up or remain in the number 100-200, will you.
