The week after Christmas is always so quiet. I'm always glad Christmas is over and I look forward to the next year.
This year we are getting snow and freezing rain.
I know days on the calendar don't change anything, but I really can't wait for this year to be over.
We hope that this new year will enter us in all health and wellness, good livelihood and goodness in souls and morals, help others and help ourselves to spread goodness in nothing but my greeting

It's very pretty to look at the snow, but I sure don't want to try to be out and about doing things in it... we've only had a few flakes over on this side of the Cascades.
