"Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W5 - "The Four Main Factors of Health"

Hello Steemians! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 11 Week 5 in the Healthy Steem community. The topic of this challenge is "The Four Main Factors of Health". So let's start.

What do you eat to stay healthy? How can you improve your diet?

Friends as we all know that the health is a great wealth and the food has a major impact on the life of humans and their health. The healthy foods keep us healthy, fit and active but on the other hand the unhygienic food and Disturbed eating routine can put bad affects on our lives and we may fall ill. It may affect our both mental and physical health.

Actually I'm not following any routine or pattern of my eating this is because all my routine and activities are disturbed due to the completion of my college life. But however I'm eating all the essentials things which are health friendly and useful for my health and body. They are including vegetables, fruits, bread, eggs, fresh milk and dry fruits etc.

But besides all of them I'm also very fond of eating fast foods. Yes I like fast foods very much Even with knowledge of its disadvantages. I don't like that thing because my reliance on the fast foods is increasing day by day. As we all know that eating too much fast foods is not good for health so for the improvement of my diet I want to reduce my reliance on fast foods and their consumption.

What is your sleeping pattern, and how can you improve it?

This question is Looking very difficult hahaha because I don't have any specific sleeping pattern. Sometimes I sleep very late because I have to do different things in the night. Sometimes it happens that I can't share any post or activity on Steemit due my other activities in the day then I work on it late at night. Besides all these things I have specified my sleeping time which is about eight hours.

Yes I sleep about eight hours in the night or sometime in the day. I sleep total eight hours from the total 24 hours in the day but if I missed that eight hours of sleep due to some reasons then it ruins my whole day. Yes I feel so tired, laziness and don't like it do anything in the whole day. But if complete my sleep then my mood becomes very pleasant, happy and I feel comfortable and I like to do all kinds of work.

So friends I think that I don't need any improvements in my sleeping pattern. This is because a human body required almost Seven to eight hours of sleep in the whole day and I'm fulfilling that requirement of my body rather I'm sleeping in late night and then in the afternoon. Yes I'm still fully satisfied with my that sleeping pattern and don't want to change it because it is very difficult for me hahaha.

What are your daily exercises or activities? Do you need to do more?

Friends currently I'm not doing any kind of exercises due to the shortage of time. Yes in some of my diary games I have mentioned that I have applied in university for admission which will announce soon and now a days I'm working on a pharmacy with my uncle. And due to this sometimes I spend my whole day on the pharmacy and then just sleep in the night and don't do any exercises.

Sometimes I get very little time to do any other activities and then I go outside towards the fields and play cricket with my friends. But my that activity is very rare due to the shortage of time and other due my other activities. So friends I don't have any specific activities besides working on pharmacy and due to this I don't giving any time to sports. But some times I go for a walk in early morning and after taking ny dinner.

What do you do for mental fitness?

The mental health is very important to keep ourselves happy because the brain is basically the control room of our body and it's control the whole activities of our body. So if we are not mentally healthy then how will we be able to do our work and perform other activities. Actually I'm a boy with strong nerves and I don't ruin my mood over the little things. I tried to remain happy and positive to boost my mental health and thinking ability.

Besides this I don't feel stress and manage nicely if I suffering in little bit of stress and tension. This is because the stress can destroy our mental health and can disrupt our vision and goals of life. As I mentioned above when I get some time from my daily activities I spend it with my friends, in playing and spending time with my family. This is because sometimes a conversation which is full of laughter and smiles Can boost our mental health.

More ever the sleep also have a strong connection with mental health so I giving proper time to my sleep by sleeping about eight hours in the day so I can improve my mental fitness.

Conclusion

Friends the Health is a great wealth and we should understand that saying There is nothing more important than health in this world and an ill person can explain it briefly because he knows the importance of health. I'm just Wana say that we should keep our health at first priority before doing anything and try to keep ourselves healthy, safe and sound so we may enjoy the pleasures of life on the earth. Adopt a healthy life style, eat healthy food, do exercise daily and spend time with your family so we may enjoy the beauty of life.

I just thanks for participation in this engagement challenge I agree with you that you are not telling a lie and you are telling about your real routine which is not good at all because it's not good too don't take care of that and I always advise you to take an appointment to nutritionist and take your diet chart from that nutritionist if you don't know that which thing is good and which thing is not good for your health as well as it's good that you are sleeping 8 hours but there should be a proper sleeping routine and there should be no irregularity in it I wish you success in this engagement challenge

Yes you are I'm doing wrong in some aspects in maintaining my health but I hope that the things will be change very soon because I'm entering in the new era of my life as my university life is starting ahead.
