Whenever I want to start and do something to earn money, I don't get any success, but rather my capital is often wasted. Why does this happen? My sister started making cakes and bread and selling them and it worked, while it didn't work for me. First, I had a lack of capital, and second, the orders I received ended with the statement that we could get cheaper food from the market. While I had cheaper bread than the market bread and cheaper curry than the market curry. But despite this, I was not successful.Similarly, I wanted to bake bread and sell it, but apart from one or two slices, I couldn't make even that. When producing something like bread for sale, proper budgeting is very important. Costs such as flour, electricity, gas, and time should all be calculated so you know the real cost of each loaf. Once you know that, the selling price should be at least double to allow for profit and sustainability.
It’s also not always right to compete by selling cheaper than others. Instead, market your bread as a high-quality, fresh, and reliable product. One good idea is customer loyalty: for example, a clip card where after buying 6 loaves, the customer gets the 7th loaf free. Then they receive a new card and continue the cycle.
Success often comes with planning, patience, and small smart strategies. Don’t lose hope — your effort and willingness to learn already show strength.
I want to set up a stall as a new entrepreneur in an exhibition and I hope that I can get double the money I invest because this time I am trying to set up a stall in a good place. That is why I want to keep more of my food items and the idea of quality is the most important thing in them.
