Advice for story writers?
Read what others write, think about it, and practice a lot. Ask others what's wrong with your story, not people who are just sucking up to you or using AI to compliment you. You won't learn anything from that.
Use the right hashtags; the most important ones related to story should be in the top three.
Stop calling everything a story because most stories with #story are absolutely no story at all.
Reread what you wrote because most stories are rather flawed and messily put together, and there's no sense in it. This, incidentally, makes it clear that most people aren't writers and don't even care; otherwise, so much unaddressed garbage wouldn't be published. You can write a story perfectly well offline. Grammar, checking for spelling errors, and thinking about how to use words aren't a waste of time.
Don't try to copy someone else; develop your own style. Personal stories are incredibly long-winded and boring, and they're not stories at all if you don't have a good or humorous writing style.
Photography
When it comes to photos, I look at the subject, the lighting, the originality, and the artistic value (which is generally of no value, and the quality of most photos is also incredibly poor). I also wonder if the photos shared tell a story and whether they could be interesting for someone in the future.
Topics best developed
I find this difficult to say, because I've always been in a small circle of good and creative writers. I think, given the circle I'm in, it's creativity. It's slow going, and it's clear that many people don't learn anything after years on Steemit and still share the same kindergarten results (or host the same crappy contests), but both creative writers and artists are starting to become more active. The artists are also sharing more of their process, whether in images or writing. I personally find it interesting to read what they did, what disappointed them, what went wrong, and whether they resolved it or left it as a lesson in what could be improved.
@emmabritt, @blessedlife, @solperez, @almaguer, what are your answers on those three questions?

The answer wouldn't be short at all, in my opinion. Besides, you touch on key points directly.
The present century, with the inclusion of screens and the digital world, has created a generation addicted to dopamine, making it increasingly difficult to capture attention through art.
We struggle against effects, banal images, and sounds and waves that affect the brain.
And while we have free AI to HELP, in 99% of cases it's misused.
Then there's the search for incentives, and if you receive them with minimal effort, everything becomes bleak.
Art has always been elitist.
It's increasingly difficult to find like-minded people. As you rightly say, we need to share, read, and comment. That way we can leave a mark, create connections, and improve our lives and our environment.
I'd like to have a little more time and the minimum conditions at all times to be more active.

It's a pleasure. A great Women's day!
Igual para ti. Acá seguimos: Irreverentes y tercas, jajaja.

I like this advice, and in fact, I put it into practice for a while. A good reference can broaden our understanding and creativity.
Regarding this, I have a story I experienced in the third person. I always say I'm going to start writing it, but I can't find the time or the key to begin and write it in a way that maintains the interesting aspect it carries. It's an unusual experience of a family member who was operated on by spiritual beings, something we didn't believe in, and after the results, we were perplexed.
Photographs are a good complement to any story; Therefore, quality and the message it conveys shouldn't be neglected (by the way, you've given me an idea to try out in the next photography contest).
It's good to have a good circle. At university, I managed to form a team of five people who supported each other to develop a good activity in each class. We had shared leadership where everyone was determined to do things well. I believe that forming a circle with people who allow us to transcend is a necessity in any field.
Thank you for your input. I would like more users to try to learn the art of adding value to their activity on the platform, as well as in real life.

Concerning your story: just ramble on, write like you tell the story to a friend. Next you let it rest and.... You remove the start! Start in the middle to attract the attention!
Your start can always be a flashback and don't add conclusions! Readers can do this themselves and even if they understand your story different from meant it is still read and you learn the different visions of those readers. Always good for the next story.
Bests of luck!
P.s. no matter the topic every topic can make a great story.

I find this idea interesting, even for other stories I develop: Maybe I'll change some of my tasks on the platform to dedicate a little time to writing stories.
It seems amazing, but looking at my history, I noticed that my last story was 3 years ago.

I've always thought that all posts that include conclusions are generated by AI. I don't think it's necessary to present a conclusion; that's up to the reader.
Thank you for your advice.

I have noticed that writing stories has also been compromised for me in recent months. This is, of course, also because I am now painting more and trying to master drawing. This takes time, and the same applies to Community Art & Artist.
When it comes to the stories posted on this platform, I find them to be of poor quality, which is why my community Tales & Stories is not open for every Steemian to post.
Everyone has something to say, but the art of storytelling is not something everyone can do.
If you enjoy writing and want to improve, I would definitely invest time in it. One story always leads to another. This is the wonderful thing about the mind of a creative person. Expressing imagination is also an art.
Conclusions belong in scientific articles and research. The rest is indeed AI, although a short moral of a fable is also a final conclusion.

I like this. Not every story has to start from A-Z
The start is the most difficult, so instead of wasting time on how to start, simply write, ramble on like free writing till the story flows and start in the middle or somewhere at a sentence that attracts the attention (the rest is a draft and who knows good for something else).

I do this a lot with your writing prompts. Sometimes I would only have ideas for one or two daily words, I'll just start from there.
Frequently I know what to write about and I fit in the prompt 😐
It's good to hear it helps you. It's always good to start a ramble and work towards what we want to share or make clear.

To be honest, I don’t have the answers as I’m far from a consistent writer, and I'm still struggling with many different aspects of this craft.
I’ve found that internal hashtags haven't worked for the subjects I cover, and I'm aware that some of my pieces may be too long-winded for an audience with a short attention span. Using external hashtags would be a good thing.
I see myself as a lifelong apprentice. I’m just deeply grateful to the few trusted fellow writers who share their knowledge with me and help me improve.

Greetings emmabritt.
Everyone should create their own space and style. Writing tends to flow simply from feeling, and then little by little you can shape the idea to give it continuity.
I wish you all the best, and I'm grateful for your interaction.

I completely agree with you, it begins with feelings.
Wishing you a great week ahead.
I think that if you structure your long pieces a little differently, even those who don't read long attention spam will read them. A book can also be read chapter by chapter... that also gives you something to think about.
In my opinion, it doesn't matter whether you are a consistent writer. Ultimately, every writer will find their own readers. There is a time for everything.
Yeah. I have to do something about it if it's too long. Audience on every platform have different preferences. Thank you!
