How are you all? By the grace of God, I hope you are well. I am also well by the grace of God.

Dear, all my steemit brothers and sisters, I have come to you again. I hope you are all well. Today I have come again to participate in a competition shared by @memamun brother on the occasion of steemit challenge 29 week 02. This week the competition topic was slc-s29/w2 | Mind and Education: The Journey of Psychology "Stress Relief". But let's try to share the competition post with you today in a very nice way. Task 01 Do stress relief meditation, do any form of exercise. Share the video and let us know how effective it is for you.

It is said that the one who has a healthy body and a beautiful mind has no imperfections in his life. Because a healthy body and a beautiful mind are very necessary to enjoy life beautifully. And to make the body healthy and beautiful, it is very necessary for us to constantly take care of our body and do various types of exercises. The more one can exercise, the healthier his body and the more beautiful the body structure becomes. For this reason, I do various types of exercises to maintain my physical fitness. Especially after waking up every morning, I do various types of exercises. In fact, exercise is very beneficial for my physical fitness.

The exercises that I have shared with you are mindfulness meditation. I really like doing this mindfulness meditation. I do this exercise every day. Especially in the morning and evening, I do this exercise sitting on the roof of our house. I sit with one hand on my knee and slowly raise the other hand upwards, then after some time, I slowly lower my hand down again and do this exercise by breathing deeply. If you can do this exercise silently, your mindset changes and your worries go away.

You have to do this exercise by breathing deeply and mindfully, leaving aside all kinds of worries. To control your mind, you have to sit in a comfortable position, put aside all worries, extra random things, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Pay attention to the fluctuations of breathing.

If someone exercises like this regularly, then I think his physical health will be maintained and mental anxiety or depression will decrease. In fact, this exercise removes mental anxiety and depression. To maintain. So I think this exercise is very necessary for everyone. Exercising is very important.

Task 02 Share any creative activity, such as painting, writing poetry, or crafting.

I have written a beautiful poem about the feelings of my heart with a healthy body and shared it with you. Actually, I like writing poetry very much, to write poetry, the emotions of the heart need to be felt and loved. I have shared the real feelings of my heart with a beautiful mind and a healthy body through poetry. To write a poem, you have to write based on many thoughts and many topics. I spent a lot of time writing the poem, paying special attention to every line and every word of the poem. Finally, I have written the poem very beautifully and shared it with you above. The story that I read in the competition is a very painful and heartbreaking incident. In fact, I felt very sad and very shocked after reading the story. Sneha's life was full of pain and mental stress. Her family did not help her grow up properly, but her parents quarreled over her and put Sneha under severe human pressure. Due to which she became terrible. Which actually touched my heart. Sneha was a little sick since birth. Actually, not every child in this world is born perfectly right and beautiful. In some way, they get sick. Therefore, the parents of every child should not neglect or neglect their children and take proper treatment. But here Sneha's parents did not give her proper treatment but pushed her towards death, forced her to die through mental suffering. The way her family treated Sneha is in no way desirable. Here, Sneha's parents are responsible for her bad fate. Here Sneha is partly responsible, she could not control the mental stress. Due to the family's parents and human pressure, she has had a very terrible fate. Every parent should raise her child properly and if she is sick, help her grow properly through good treatment, but here, the parents did not do that and taking advantage of her illness, both the parents would have been involved in quarrels and she would have moved towards death.

1:- I think that spending some time in nature during a busy life makes the mind very calm and beautiful. Which refreshes our mind. Especially in a natural environment, green plants, open sky and clean air help to remove the fatigue of the body. To reduce mental stress, going to nature reduces mental stress and makes thinking more beautiful. Spending time in such an environment regularly keeps the body healthy and the mind cheerful. Therefore, spending time with nature is very important for a healthy body and a beautiful mind.

2:- Each of us should stay away from mobile and social media as much as possible. Some people reduce mental stress and their mind is much lighter. Reducing excessive and unnecessary screen time also reduces stress on the eyes and body.
Spending time with real life people makes the mind more cheerful and positive. It is very important to use mobile consciously for a healthy body and a beautiful mind. This is very important for our life

3:- Doing sports keeps the body healthy and strong.
Regular sports relieve the fatigue of the body.
This keeps the mind cheerful and reduces mental stress.
Sports develop discipline and cooperation among people.
Playing sports is very necessary for a healthy body and a beautiful mind.

4:- Exercise and regular sleep are very important for our lives for a healthy body and a beautiful mind. There is no alternative to exercise and sleep for a healthy body and a beautiful mind. The health of the body almost depends on exercise. If you can exercise at a specific time, the body remains healthy. If you exercise regularly every morning and afternoon, the body remains active and strong. As a result of exercise, blood circulation improves and laziness is eliminated. If you go to bed at a specific time at night, the body gets adequate rest. Good sleep reduces mental stress and keeps the mind calm.

5:- In fact, it feels very good to be able to do what you like. If you can do what you like, mental stress decreases. If you do what you like for some time during the day, the mind is filled with joy and the mind is cheerful. Spending time in your favorite work reduces mental stress and fatigue to a great extent.
