Application For The Steemit Challenge Season 29
I believe that the topic of Microsoft Office Management will be a useful and timely challenge for Steemit Challenge Season 29. If I am given the opportunity to organize this challenge, I will try to manage it responsibly and honestly.
Today I am applying for the participate in Steemit Challenge Season 29. For this, I sincerely thank @steemitblog and the Steemit team. They regularly come up with such beautiful initiatives, where we get the opportunity to share our knowledge, skills and experience with everyone.
The topic of my challenge is Microsoft Office Management. But the explanation of why I chose this topic is given below.
The current time is the era of information technology. Today, the use of computers is very important in all areas of study, office work, online work, business or personal needs. And when we say computer use, what we use the most is Microsoft Office. But the reality is that many people use MS Word or MS Excel, but do not know its correct and neat use. That is why I have chosen the topic of Microsoft Office Management for this challenge.

The objective of this challenge is
To increase general and necessary knowledge about computers
To teach the use of MS Word and MS Excel
To create skills that can be used in real life
To encourage educational and basic content
To transform Steemit into a more meaningful and learning platform
Challenge Duration, Total Time: 6 weeks
Each week will have a specific topic and 3 simple questions will be given according to that topic. Participants will write their own answers and add examples or pictures if possible.
Week 1: Introduction to MS Word
This week, general concepts about MS Word will be discussed.
Questions:
What is MS Word? Write its use in daily life.
Which parts do we see when we open MS Word?
Write a task that can be done with MS Word in real life.
Week 2 : File Menu of MS Word
This week, the File Menu will be discussed.
Questions:
What is the File Menu of MS Word?
Explain any three options of the File Menu (New, Open, Save, Save As, Print).
What is the difference between Save and Save As?
Week 3 : Edit Menu
This week we will discuss editing text.
Questions:
Explain how Cut, Copy and Paste work.
Why are Undo and Redo important?
How does Editing help to make a text beautiful?
Week 4: View Menu
This week we will discuss the View Menu.
Questions:
What is the View Menu of MS Word?
Explain any three options of the View Menu.
Which View do you use the most and why?
Week 5: Formatting Menu
This week we will teach you how to make text beautiful and professional.
Questions:
What does formatting mean?
Explain any three of Font Size, Font Style, Bold, Italic, Alignment.
Why is Formatting important for office or study work?
Week 6: Introduction to MS Excel
This week, a general idea about MS Excel will be given.
Questions:
What is MS Excel and where is it used?
What are Row, Column and Cell?
How does MS Excel help in accounting?
What will be gained at the end of the challenge
From this challenge, participants
Will gain practical knowledge about Microsoft Office
Will be able to improve their skills
Will be encouraged to create educational content

Microsoft Office 2003 is a very old version due to which it is not possible to download it from microsoft.com website. Currently microsoft.com website has latest versions, there is no option to download old version. I have Microsoft Office 2003 with license key and I will upload it to Google Drive and share Google Drive link for users. In this way users can download.
Should you be sharing Microsoft license keys?
I should not share my own license key, but since Microsoft Office 2003 is a very old version, people do not use this version at present. Currently, everyone uses the latest version. In that case, I have no objection to sharing the license key of this old version.
Moreover, I can conduct training through Google docs without Microsoft Office Management Training Microsoft Office software. In this case, no paid version is required. Anyone can do it for free. I will share its tutorial through the post.
