Day 1 a great exercise to reduce the Risk of Muscles Injuries
A world greetings to my dear steemians, I pray for protection, provision, wisdom, grace and blessings of God upon our success Amen. This is @ajegena from #nigeria, hope you all are doing great and enjoying your days happily! So I am back to share another amazing day/week with you people. Life's journey is all about experiences which can be getting from different people and different places.
Today being 22 of December 2026, what I will be doing an exercise that Reduce the risk of Muscle Injuries which goes on five (5) different ways which will be listed practically below.
Firstly before I proceed I will like us to know what exercise is all about. With my own knowledge, Exercise can be defined as a situation or way in which every individual exercise he or she body system/structures because every individual body system needs some exercise for better health and fitness, so stretching is one of the best solutions to take care of body system were below are few out it, but as time goes on more will come up.
My first exercise of the week goes on stretching of my two hands to the front and one of my leg to the black and this exercise due help me a lod, it looks common but this exercise is very good and important for our fitness
My second exercise of the week goes on stretching of my hand and my waste side to side, such exercise enable my waste and harm to be active and free from some premature pain the moment I did that because it shark everywhere and the shaking helps in re-balancing all the common join in the body
My third exercise of the week goes on bending of the most important joint in the body, and that joint is called Nile which as a human being we all need to know that, that place is one of the most sensitive joint in the body and as I bend it, it enables me to stand balance and move freely, this need to be stretch cause it needs flexibility which I very important for everyone.
My fourth exercise of the week goes on bending of my waste and stretching of my hands to the frost by placing it on the ground ,this exercise also help my waste to be active for easy Ben and ton.
My fifth stretching exercise goes on bending my waste and pushing my hands through in between of my two legs to the back side , these exercise help my waste to be active for easy Ben or ton also.
Conclusion,
With these I have to the end of today exercise, and hopefully I will like everyone to also participate in this with me on this exercise to perform there own exercise or follow me up on all the steps for the week.
