Hi everyone, I welcome you all to my blog and its my pleasure to write about this amazing contest organised by @abdullahw2 in healthy steem community. Here is my write up concerning the above topic.
Yes, I like playing sports. In this world, we have different sports activities such as basketball, rugby, handballs, table tennis etc. Individuals can engage themselves in any of these sport activities but it depends on their choices. Sports give us joy and also make our sorrows disappear without having negative thoughts. The sport that I like most is football. This game is very common worldwide and loved by everyone, football has a high number of fans who support a particular team they find it interesting. The number of players that usually participate in football matches is 11, including the goalkeeper.
Football is an interesting game. Anytime I played local matches within the community or watch the international matches between two countries, I feel excited because I see that day as the best moments of my life. Football is a family game that unites us together, sometimes building strong relationships between host countries.
Playing sports improves our mental health in the following ways:
• Playing sports, especially football, sets aside our worries, giving us a higher chance to sleep better and feel calm after waking up.
• It helps people fight addiction because those who play sports are less likely to smoke cigarettes or marijuana, which may eventually result in mental disorders to the extent that they would not be able to play those sports activities again.
• It helps treat serious mental disorders that commonly occur in humans. Playing football assists individuals in resolving mental illnesses they are experiencing, such as schizophrenia and difficulty in thinking.
Playing sports improve our physical health in the following ways:
• Playing sports like football, table tennis and so on can help strengthen our muscles and bones, this gives us the opportunity to avoid experiencing joint problems or pain.
• Sports like basketball help us manage our weight, as it is one of the best ways to combat obesity that affects millions of people. Studies show that excess fat contributes to obesity, and it is necessary to work out by engaging in sports activities.
• Additionally, playing sports helps us have a better sleep, giving us the chance to have more energy when we wake up, so our bodies are more fit and capable of performing certain tasks.
A person who stays away from sports will not be able to focus and will also start to have some serious health problems, which will eventually affect our wellbeing. Sports play an essential role in our lives, and individuals who do not take part in any sports activities may lose muscle strength due to inability to use them to improve their health. Other chronic health problems may start to occur, such as stroke, diabetes, and more. Also, individuals who does not engage in any sports activities may gain more weight as a result of absence of exercise from the sport.
While mental health is important to us, people who stay away from it are likely to have mental illnesses such as depression and mood swings. Their behavior will change negatively to the extent that they will not be able to motivate themselves with anything.
It's necessary to include some form of sports in our daily routine so that we can be physically active. Including sport activities makes us feel happy all the time and will also support us to have a positive feeling toward various works or sports activities we love to do. Playing various types of sports activities helps us build self-confidence. There are also many health benefits attached to it, improving our heart health to function effectively as well as controlling our blood sugar levels.
Additionally, individuals who indulge in sports help us to be physically fit and healthy. Playing football strengthen our muscles.

I love that you are creating high quality comments and interacting with others, but for now you don't need to tag me on each of them, my friend. The comment contest proposal wasn't approved by SC team yet, they will be making decision about the new Challenge season around 4th of April. Until then, the contest remains just the concept and is not active.

The part of the exercise you choose is fantastic, we use to ride bicycle when we are young so we don't know that it's important as this. Riding bicycle is necessary to strengthen our bone and muscle. Thanks for your comment
Every sports have it own side effects too. I could remember the day I was playing in the community get injury on my right finger and when it was heal I return to the field since that day I never got another injury.
