"DO YOU REMEMBER THE THINGS YOU WERE WORRYING ABOUT A YEAR AGO? HOW DID THEY WORK OUT? DIDN'T YOU WASTE A LOT OF FRUITLESS ENERGY ON ACCOUNT OF MOST OF THEM? DIDN'T MOST OF THEM TURN OUT ALRIGHT AFTER ALL?" - Dale Carneige

I have always been a worrier. If worrying were a sport, then i'd be a pro. I can take something completely out of my control and give myself a knot in my stomach in seconds. Sometimes worrying is useful - it helps us see things that might go wrong and protect against them. But most of the time it's not. I'm getting better though - every time the imagined thing doesn't happen, i get a little bit better for next time. Strength takes to build...

I'm a major worrier. Dunno why but sometimes it can get pretty bad.

Maybe we should stop worrying and focus on steemit 😂

Same thing. I worried too much when it comes to Steemit 😂

Adui..macamna la ni 😂

If worrying were a sport, I'd be a world champion.

Just kidding @annekins. Let's stop worrying and focus on what we can do for ourselves :)

Haha.. I'd be holding the second world champion then 😂 Let's stop worrying and steam on 💪

Steem on and worry less 😆

Dale Carnegie quotes really helps. Sometimes it can be hard to treat someone who worried so much. If it become worst, anxiety will set in and may need a combinations of therapy to help that person.
But worry that create mild stress is sometimes necessary in order to propel you forward.

Steadfast.
Thanks.

Stress is a part of life. But if it gets real tough, a simple prayer & listening to the song 'don't worry, be happy!' does help in the long run.😁

When the going gets tough, the tough get going...

This is a comment, not an up vote. But thank you anyway...
