Dale Carnegie quotes really helps. Sometimes it can be hard to treat someone who worried so much. If it become worst, anxiety will set in and may need a combinations of therapy to help that person.
But worry that create mild stress is sometimes necessary in order to propel you forward.

Stress is a part of life. But if it gets real tough, a simple prayer & listening to the song 'don't worry, be happy!' does help in the long run.😁
