コンテスト#8 ピンクソルト ～Pink Salt～

ご紹介する調味料は、ピンクソルトです。

スパイスの魅力を伝えてるのに、塩かよ！！！ってね。
もう少し、レアなスパイスでも出してくるかな、と期待させちゃいましたかね（笑）
自分の中では、調味料とスパイス（香辛料）は似て非なるものだと思っているので、あえてここではスパイスではなく、いつも使用、むしろ愛用しているピンクソルトを出しました。

その出会いは遡ること数年前に旅行で訪れた、北インドはデリー。
紅茶を買った怪しい小汚い商店で、チャイを飲ませてもらったのですが、その時にこのピンクソルトをほんの少し使ってた。
「ん？魔法の粉？」、
と聞いたら、ピンクソルトだと言うではないか。
珍しそうに見る私を、お店のおじさんが、おまけにくれました。

そこから、もう普通の塩が使えないぐらいの愛用です。
もちろん、南インドカレーや普段の塩味も全部、このピンクソルトです。

さすがにおまけ（写真右）なので、使い切ってしまいましたが、
おじさんが”パキスタンがとうたら”言ってたので、なんとなく近そうなこのピンクソルトを使ってます。

そんなピンクソルトですが、何と効能がすごい！ただの塩ではないのです。
ミネラルが豊富に含まれているピンクソルトの効能には

• 血圧の低下
• デトックス
• 体のむくみをとる
• 血流を良くする
• 筋肉痛や炎症による痛みを取り除く

などがあります。

アーユルヴェーダのトリートメントでもピンクソルトはなくてはならないものです。
そしてピンクソルトは体内に摂りこむだけではなく、美容としても効果あり。

• バスソルト
  湯船に、少量のピンクソルトを入れるだけ（ただし、排水溝などが錆るので一般家庭のお風呂では使わない方が良いです
• スクラブ
  自分は、ココナッツオイルにピンクソルト少量を入れて混ぜて使ってます。お肌がツルツルになりますよ

もはや調味料の域を超えた、調味料！！
