INTRODUCTION

Good day to you all wonderful members of this wonderful community, it is a pleasure once again to be making my post in this great community, also a big thanks to the host of this contest, it's a lovely theme you have chosen.

WHAT WAS THE FIRST CARTOON YOU REMEMBER WATCHING AS A CHILD

If memory serves me right, for as long as I could remember, I would say that the first cartoon I watched that is still stuck in my mind till this day would be the famous cartoon Tom and Jerry, and I'm very sure many of you who will be reading this post must have at one point seen this cartoon.

The cartoon Tom and Jerry is so interesting even as an adult one would enjoy watching it and I am not just talking rather I am talking from experience because sometimes even when I was older I would just go YouTube and search for the cartoon Tom and Jerry, it would be so funny and distracting.

If I were to describe the Tom and Jerry cartoon, I would start by saying that it is a comedy show, it doesn't have a dull moment, with every running time offering it's young viewers and audience uncontrollable laughter, it basically involves Tom endlessly chasing Jerry, setting traps but Jerry always outsmarts him.

IS THAT CARTOON YOUR FAVORITE? IF YES TELL US WHY.

Yes, I would say that the Tom and Jerry cartoon is my all time favorite cartoon while I was growing up and it was quite easy making this choice, amongst cartoons like SpongeBob SquarePants and the Simpsons, it won my young heart about over a decade ago by a mile and more.

If I had been asked this question years ago when I was still younger I wouldn't have been able to give a straight or a point response, all I would have been able to say is that it always got my attention out of all other cartoons, it is the cartoon they whenever there is light I search the whole channel for and when any wants to change i would beg and beg.

Now that I'm been faced with the same question I would say that I chose the Tom and Jerry cartoon as my favorite while growing up because anytime I think about cartoons it is the only one that brings up feelings of nostalgia, reminding me about peaceful and simpler times.

DURING THE WHOLE DAY HOW LONG WOULD YOU USE TO WATCH YOUR FAVORITE CARTOON?

While growing up as children my mom was at home a lot and there was always work to be done on weekdays after school and weekends, also the place we were staying did not have nepa light at the time, at night we only watched what mom and dad are watching, so I didn't really have time to watch this cartoon at home, if I did it would be on very rare occasions.

However there was this brother that was always visiting our house, the day I saw the Tom and Jerry cartoon on his small button phone I never let it rest, anytimes he comes like this I would spend all the time I can watching and rewatching the episodes he had on his phone till he complained about his battery, I must they crack me up all the time.

TELL US ABOUT THE FAMOUS CHARACTERS OF YOUR FAVORITE CARTOON

Well, although the cartoon consisted of some other characters some of the time like the houseowners, the Jerry's buddy and Tom's pals and also the dogs, I would say that there were only two famous characters in the Tom and Jerry cartoon for me, I mean as the implies it was Tom and Jerry.

The first famous character would be Jerry, Jerry is a basically a free spirited, cautios and smart character who is known put up and play the game of rivalry with Tom, he is always seen laughing after he is able to successfully twart the plans of Tom and makes it backfire at Tom.

The second famous character would be Tom, Tom is a mischievous and relentless cat in the cartoon Tom and Jerry who is determined to catch Jerry, his clever mouse nemesis but despite his best efforts Tom often outsmarted and suffers the consequences of his own devious plans but still he is known for his persistence in maintaining his rivalry, however I think deep down the rivalry is their fucked way of friendship.
