I getting why you are scared of aging, and your point makes sense, besides we all are not fine with the challenges it comes with. However, on my side, I ain't scared since it's an inevitable process, the best we can do is prepare for it. I like the way you listed the nutritional items and I relate to that. Vegetables and fruits add up minerals that are lacking during aging to reverse or slow down the process. Of course squatting is a good exercise to build up the bones, just I I also listed in my entry.
