My Diary Game [01-01-2025] Exploring My Village "Nkwot" in Ikono LGA.

Dear Diary,
Yesterday was somehow an hectic day for me despite being the first day in 2025.
it's my pleasure to share my daily activities with you and the entire community ❤️
It seems to me a way I explore my village.

My Neighbors Construction

As part of my family daily routines, I sweep the compound and packed all the dried leaves to a certain spot for burning later. I made sure every corner of it was tidy up and so clean, while my parent and siblings were engaged in other activities to ease time before running to church.

According to our doctrine, every first day of the month, we made our way to "church to pray 🙏 to God Almighty for mercies and grace in sustaining us and requesting from him continues protection and safety".

• I rush in to bathroom, clean up and put on clothes to join others in church. It was such an amazing experience in the presence of God, I meet some faces after a long time who did well to visit their respective family during this season, we exchange contracts and talk about plans and many other things before returning back home after dismissal.

The Harvested Palm fruit 🌴

After getting a little rest, my mother pleaded I should join her in picking up palm fruits 🌴 they harvested some days back from the farm.
We went in group and pick them back home and packed in a spot for processing later. This shows how blessed my village is with some natural product, and this is part of it among many others.

• I immediately stumbled on my four Footed (Cat). This guy has always been a playing type, each time I won't rest because he always run after me, jump on my legs when I'm sitting and when I rubbed him on the head and body, he'll enjoy it and feel relaxed like he's sleeping.

Once 🔂 My Friend, Always my Friend

But today this changed, he wasn't that friendly to me maybe because I've stayed away for a long time and he hasn't seen me for a while and I guess maybe he start forgetting me as time goes on. I really do believe he'll return back to how we used to be after some days because I'm surely going to make him remember.

In the evening hours of the day, I decide to take a walk around my street then I discover this neighbor who has start building. The construction site and work seems to be rapid because it's not long they start the building and they've already done far to some point of pouring windows beam.
I love the sand ⏳ they used in moulding the blocks, it's not a white sand but a very good one for construction. I stood to explore around the building site before walking elsewhere.

In conclusion,
This was how I spend my day being the first day of 2025, starting my year in preparation of what awaits soon and so ready to Match down with @bossj23.
I remember @nsijoro was so caring to his four footed friend (Goat 🐐) then and suddenly he stopped talking about it and here I am my friend cat 🐈 is misbehaving and acting like he doesn't remember me. But surely before i travel back he must remember me guys.
