1. Do You Like Playing Sports? If Yes Then, Which Sport Do You Enjoy The Most, And Why?

I like playing sports, especially football (soccer), but I love and enjoy watching wrestling couple with my little experience in festival wrestling event in my village. My contribution will be much of "thought and little experience as I am not a professional wrestler" . Some sports I enjoy watching include:

Wrestling

Football

Cricket

Basketball

Tennis

Boxing

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

Don’t find this weird, I might not be the only person with this combination! I love playing football, but I take a lot of pleasure in watching wrestling Just to answer the question, I’ll be focusing on wrestling, the sport I enjoy watching the most and had little experience in my village wrestling festival event as at Dec. 2017. Though I have never formally trained in wrestling, I did participate in a wrestling event during a sports festival in my village, which gave me a deeper understanding of the sport.

My Wrestling Experience

During a village sports festival Dec.2017, I had the chance to step into a wrestling match which is an event organize to show strength and entertained audience. It was a mix of excitement to audience watching and challenge to me wrestling, but it also made me realize how demanding wrestling truly is especially during my training period. The moment I faced my opponent, I felt the intense pressure of grappling, trying to maintain balance, and resisting takedowns. Even though it was a friendly competition, I quickly understood how much strength, endurance and strategy wrestling requires. By the end of the match though on technical rules I lose😊 fun to say now but then it was I think I was emotional about 💔, my body was sore, my energy drained, and I had a newfound respect for professional wrestlers who dedicate their lives to this sport.

Why I Enjoy Wrestling:

. Test of Strength & Skill:Wrestling is not just about power; it’s about technique, agility and strategy.

.Incredible Discipline: Wrestlers train rigorously, pushing their bodies and minds to the limit.

.Thrilling to Watch: The fast-paced action, counter moves and displays of endurance make it an exciting sport.

.A True Battle of Willpower: Wrestlers must overcome pain, fatigue and mental pressure, making it one of the toughest sports out there.

Your🫵 Safety👇

Why I Don’t Practice It After The Festive Wrestling Event And Why Most People Shouldn’t Either:

- High Risk of Injury: A single mistake can lead to serious or permanent injuries.

- Extremely Demanding Training: It requires years of relentless practice and conditioning such that health factor risk are Involve for those with health condition.

- Mental and Emotional Strain: The pressure to perform and maintain weight categories can take a toll on mental health.

Best Left to Professionals:In my words Wrestling isn’t a casual sport; it’s a high-stakes competition that demands complete dedication. For this, it is best left to professionals.

While I admire watching wrestling and enjoy watching it, I know it’s not for everyone-including me especially if you are not getting your training with professional training expert. It’s a sport that requires more than just interest, admiration and enjoying the show... it demands sacrifice, discipline, and expert training, which is why it’s best left to professionals.

3. How staying away from sports can affect a person's mental and physical health?

Act of avoiding sports or physical activity can have negative effects on anyone both on mental and physical well-being, leading to various health issues over time.

Physical Effects:

.Weight Gain & Obesity: As a biochemist I will say lack of physical activity slows metabolism, leading to unhealthy weight gain hence, obesity.

.Poor Cardiovascular Health: A sedentary lifestyle increases the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke which is all a thing nobody wish for.

.Weakened Muscles & Bones: Without regular exercise, muscles lose strength - a thing many attribute other health factor. And bones become more prone to fractures.

.Low Energy Levels: Physical inactivity reduces endurance and makes a person feel tired more often. This too is a thing people ain't aware of.

.Higher Risk of Chronic Illnesses: Conditions like diabetes, arthritis and poor immune function are more common in inactive individuals this too is true.

Mental Effects:

.Increased Stress & Anxiety: Exercise helps release stress-relieving hormones; without it, stress levels can rise. I don't know if anyone have experience this cause I have. After exercising and taking bath. Get relax.

.Higher Risk of Depression: Lack of exercise activity affects mood and can contribute to feelings of loneliness.

.Poor Focus & Cognitive Decline: Regular sports activity keep the brain sharp, while inactivity may lead to reduced memory and concentration.

.Low Self-Esteem & Confidence: Engaging in sports boosts confidence just like looking good😊. Avoiding them can lead to self-doubt and lack of motivation.

.Less Social Interaction: Sports help build friendships and teamwork as most sport always involve opponent and you need teamwork to win; staying away may lead to social isolation.

Final Thoughts:

Staying away from sports can negatively impact both the body and mind and I bet you wouldn't know if not coming across a post like this one, leading to health problems, stress and reduced overall well-being. Engaging in any form of physical activity, whether structured sports or casual exercises, is essential for a healthy, active and fulfilling life.

4. Do you believe everyone should include some form of sports in their routine? Why or why not?

Sports are really more than just games; it's a mechanism that keeps us in shape and makes us look good both on the inside and outside. It truly teaches us discipline and resilience, shaping both our bodies and mind. I love the way you put it. Engaging in one form of sport or the other is very essential "whether structured sports or casual exercises". Intentionally walking breezily instead of sluggishly can make a lot of difference if you don't have time to engage in any structured sporting activities.
