Sports are really more than just games; it's a mechanism that keeps us in shape and makes us look good both on the inside and outside. It truly teaches us discipline and resilience, shaping both our bodies and mind.
I love the way you put it. Engaging in one form of sport or the other is very essential "whether structured sports or casual exercises". Intentionally walking breezily instead of sluggishly can make a lot of difference if you don't have time to engage in any structured sporting activities.
