My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2019
The giant red hibiscus is starting to bloom. It loves this hot humid weather. Me, not so much. I started the day in the hot tub at 6:00 am with my coffee. It was very pleasant at that time of morning with the birds chirping and a nice breeze.
But it didn't take long to warm up.
We went to the Y and did the Silver Sneakers class and walked the treadmill inside in the air conditioning for most of today's activity.
At home, I did a short seven77 video of jump roping. I hadn't jumped rope in years, I'm surprised I didn't get tangled up and fall on my face, lol. Here's the video post on Twitter.

You did well on your stepping today. And What better way to relax in the hot tub and be refreshed with the heat being so hot or warm. That is the best place to be and you’re enjoying your drink too. Awesome.

Great stepping at the gym 💪. Sounds wonderful starting your day in the tub. Haven't done that in awhile, for me its usually a quick shower.
