1 - Make your own Chicken biryani🍽️😋 (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

| Chicken | 1/2kg |
| Rice | 1/2kg |
| Biryani masala | 6tbsp |
| Tomato | 4 |
| Onion | 3 |
| Green chillies | 5 |
| Oil | 1cup |
| Salt | 2tbsp |
| Red chilli powder | 2tbsp |
| Orange food color | 1tsp |

First, cut the tomato onion and green chillies and blend them well into a smooth paste. Add the blended mixture in to the pan then add cooking oil in it.Cook it until the mixture thickens and releases oil.

Then add biryani masala, salt, and red chilli powder to the mixture and cook well on a medium flame stir time to time so the spices blend evenly and the masala is well cooked.

Then add the chicken to the pan. I used marinated chicken. Mix everything well add some water cover the pan with a lid and cook until the chicken becomes tender and soft.

After some time, open the lid and check the chicken. Once the chicken biryani masala is ready turn off the stove and remove the pan. Then take another pan add water put the rice in it and cook the rice until it is about 95% cooked.

Take a cup and add 2 tablespoons of water to it. Then add 1 teaspoon of orange food color and mix well until it is evenly combined.You can also mix the food color with milk instead of water.

Once the rice is 95% cooked strain the water completely. Start layering by first adding a layer of rice, then a layer of chicken followed by another layer of rice and chicken.
Then add the orange food color mixed with water on top of the rice.Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a medium to low flame for 5–10 minutes.

After 10 minutes your chicken biryani is perfectly cooked and ready to serve. Gently fluff the rice so the layers stay intact then transfer it to a serving dish. Serve it hot with fresh mint raita on the side.It’s perfect for family meals, special occasions or when you want to impress your guests with a delicious aromatic meal. Enjoy the rich flavors and the delightful aroma of homemade chicken biryani.
