Alba, a small town in Piemont Province, northwest Italy. Fans of Italian wine must have heard of Barolo and barbaresco, two villages that produce wine made from nebliolo grapes, which are even known as "king of wine, king of wine", with strong body and excellent aging strength.

Even if not a wine fan, you've certainly tasted products from this small town - the famous Ferrero chocolate is a local product, and nutella chocolate hazelnut jam from this company is also popular all over the world. This visit, on the 50th anniversary of nutella, is full of celebratory flags and a grand celebration party.

For the gourmet, Alba has a unique specialty in the world - truffle. This peculiar fungus grows in the ground, has extremely special fragrance (some people call wet straw, even the smell of stag semen), has always been the favorite food for pigs.

Later, people fell in love with the taste of it and trained dogs to help find them (because if you look for it with pigs, it is more risky to be eaten at a bite). Black truffle is common. It is produced in other parts of Italy, France, even Yunnan, China. However, it is rare. Its skin is white and thin, and it has a lot of aroma, but it is not easy to keep. It is far above the price of the truffle.

Every autumn, there are truffle fairs for gourmet and chefs from all over the world. During this time, you can taste the most attractive truffle ingredients in alba, but the price is still not cheap. How many thin and translucent truffles are planed to calculate the price in the restaurant. It is really a thin bag!

Looking back, nebliolo, a grape variety, comes from the local dialect of nebbia, so it is also called "fog grape". It likes cool climate and often grows on hills and gentle slopes made of alluvial soil and clay. The wine is usually medium concentration ruby red, with high acidity and concentrated red and black pulp fruit flavor. But don't be deceived by its light color. Its tannins are mostly thick and astringent when they are young. They usually wait ten years after brewing to taste the best performance of its mature, complex and delicate dense.

The full aged nebioro will have the aroma of baked tea, soy sauce and even truffle, which won the love and pursuit of wine fans all over the world. In May, I will come to Alba to attend the nebliolo Prima annual new wine conference held by the real estate association to taste the newly listed wines of different wineries in each production area. This year, the wine is mainly from the villages of Barolo, barbaresco and roero, from 2008 to 2011. Although roero is not as famous as the first two villages, its wine style is delicate and elegant, and it enters the mature suitable drinking period earlier, which is an excellent choice for price performance.

In addition to nayro, Alba has many different grape varieties, such as soft tannins, a little more acidity, more suitable for the Babera, and dolceto with a soft and lovely cherry flavor. The dry white is common in Arneis and GAVI, which are of the type of fruit and fresh taste. Here also produces brewing wine, the most famous is the muscato (muscato) made of the Asti, charming nectarine, litchi aroma plus sweet taste, as a dessert after meal wine, can captivate the hearts of female friends.

Have you been so excited about Alba when you say so many delicious wines? In fact, besides eating, eating, drinking, winding vineyard paths and open hills, many hiking and cyclists have come to visit. Enjoying food and weight loss are two things. They have two goals!
