I temporarily took-off Moringa powder in my diet because of the diarrhea which I was experiencing for the last few days so that it won't exacerbate my loose stools which could have caused my frequent trip to the toilet. I am still 100% not sure what could be the cause of my intestinal upset because my mother is saying that she is also getting upset intestines but I saw here eating some sandwich with cheese spread and it is because she is lactose intolerant like I am and is sensitive to dairy products like cheese, milk, and ice cream to name a few.

I am also trying to have some powdered milk, just a little bit to sort of make my light coffee taste better because I am only using instant black coffee and honestly it doesn't taste good, now that I have no addiction to it but I am only using it so that it can help me swallow my food as eating now already had been a hard chore for me to do.

That is why I am sodium bicarbonate tablets to keep my blood acidity levels in check because if the blood gets acidic, it makes the appetite to eat food very poor. Aside from lower appetite levels, a highly acidic food also lowers the oxygen in the blood and thus making the person breathless and as if their brain is lacking on oxygen. I experienced it which is why I am talking about it so that hopefully many patients like me can learn in order to avoid things which I did before that I believed was OK but it turns out not to be as good as I expected which lead me to suffer for many years and could very well also caused my bones to weaken so fast.

Now I am using vitamin C but in Alkaline form which is Calcium Ascorbate aside from Sodium bicarbonate tablets which I still have to consider tapering the tablets that I use everyday because too much use of it can elevate blood pressure. With regards to my blood pressure I am still sensitive to high blood pressure, I feel it when my blood pressure is high so I am always trying to put it in normal levels which is 120/80 which with the help and mercy of God I am successfully maintaining considering that I am almost a quarter-century old dialysis patient already and that is truly a remarkable feat thanks be to God.

Anyway, we are buying purified water already because our water softener system doesn't have reverse-osmosis filter although the four-stage water filter plus the water softener and then the UV light can already clean the water from the tap substantially. God-willing a reverse osmosis machine or system would be installed so that we will never have to buy purified water every now and then.

Now I am not experiencing unusual body pains which is associated for getting infections like Pneumonia and the flu. I thank God that I did not catch cough but only symptoms of Hayfever without much running and itchy nose and now it is all improved. So the possibility of me developing the aforementioned illnesses had gone down considerably. It left me to suspect that the expired Ketoanalogues was the factor of making me ill and I will have to throw it out and will try to get a refund because of the value of these tablets is very expensive.

Right now I am eating whole foods, home cooked meals which I always was having because it is always better to have healthy meals as it translates to longevity as evidenced on how it made my parent's life long like they do not act and appear to be for their age as some of my nurses are telling me especially my mother who still has a sharp mind.
