I needed to produce a few documents now as an additional requirement to have our own net metering service installed

My brother had messaged me through our Messenger chat that I needed to submit or prepare some documents like my grandmother's birth and death certificate along with two more others so that after the inspection of the power company we will finally have our net metering service installed for our type of Solar power set-up which is an on-grid solar power system. I hope that we can accomplish in acquiring the documents before the inspection happens because otherwise we can run onto trouble like waiting for a longer time if not getting rejected in the process. If that happens I will have to opt-in for the solar power system which uses batteries which will mean that I have to cough-out large amount of money again.

The lot which this house got erected into was originally from my grandmother, the mother of my father which I think was given to her by my great grandfather. My father then bought it from my grandmother and also paid my uncles and Aunts to compensate them and essentially buying this lot from them their rights to this piece of lot or property where our new house now is standing.

After that, my father and my mother had began to stay here here and live permanently until me and my siblings were born. Me and my siblings were all born in the old house, the house which my grandfather had built or owns until my father built a new one which was the old house that got demolished a few months ago to make way for this new house. But my great grandfather still owns this plot so we still have to settle things out to acquire a title for it. The thing is that we do not have the so-called mother title.

I can't really explain what had happened but I once talked about this plot with my grandmother and she told me that this plot belongs to the "Association", meaning there is a mother title for the bigger plot and it is only subdivided where we share it together with my father's cousin but for one thing we own this property because we are paying property tax for it.

The thing is that it gets complicated to apply for the solar power net metering service because apparently we needed as mentioned, to submit a few more documents like my grandmother's birth and death certificate and my great grandfather's death certificate. My brother had told me that if we can accomplish getting the requirements for the net metering service, then we can use them for acquiring a tile for this plot of property where my house and my sister's house is standing into.

There are a couple of other requirements but my capable and dependable brother had already talked to someone which can help us get those two important documents which I thought was quite complicated to do by ourselves but at least now we will not have a problem in acquiring those aforementioned documents. These said documents are called namely as "notarized undertaking" and "extra judicial settlement". We just needed to pay an bit of hefty amount in order to get the said documents.

But the person who will do that for us needs a few documents which I am trying to get a copy from the online statistics office. I already had applied to get the copy of my grandmother's birth certificate and I have yet to get the copy of her death certificate because it requires for me to know her date of death and place of death so I can proceed in accomplishing that task.

Now I already contacted one of my Aunts if she can help and I hope that she can produce results for me as soon as possible. The purpose of acquiring copies of these death certificate was to track the lineage of my father to my great grandfather from whom this lot originated because again, this lot was given by my great grandfather to my grandmother as her inheritance. My great grandfather had a lot of people indebted to him and he was paid with property and I do think that this property or plot is one of them which he later gave to my grandmother so she can have a place to live into together with my grandfather.

After God-willing getting these said documents above, it will be my parent's turn to take the documents to the nearest PSA branch so that they can get the copy of the death certificate of my great grandfather in my grandmother's and father's side of the family. Hopefully that will also produce a very important result so that we can proceed in submitting it to the person which will produce the notarized undertaking and extra judicial settlement which we will have to show to the official of the power company which will inspect our solar power setup in order for us to get the net metering service from the power company.

Update: My Aunt actually had the copies of death certificate of both my grandparents from my father's side of the family and it was shown to me using messenger chat thanks to our "new" technology. Now I can proceed in getting copy from the statistics office but we are still not in the clear yet until we get to acquire my great grandfather's death certificate from the physical office of PSA near our town here.
