I visited our new house today and it was indeed beautiful and our rooms are bigger
Our new terrace is bigger than I expected and can accomodate my visitors.

I thank God that I can walk although with some difficulty I did managed to see our new house to see what it looks like from outside and inside. There are still work to be done like the garage roof, the metal gate, and at the backyard. I am surprised to see that the backyard is not completely concreted with its flooring because my father said that he wanted to plant on that part where we have a dividing wall with out neighbor.
That concrete wall at the back will also has to be raised to prevent our neighbor to see us directly from their window. The wall then be finished with smooth surface and possibly be painted on as well because it is like that section of the "backyard" has been left out and could really cause to be a source of dirt below it which I wanted to prevent. The direction of my father to make it like so messed-up the look of our dirty kitchen.
I still have to shell-out some money, there are till few things that I have to purchase like the sofa set and then a few things I mentioned already. It also includes the TV although I am not using TV anymore, however my parents would like to have it. Then I will have to consider a TV stand for it, it also cost some money and the thing is not cheap.
The cabinets are supposed to be installed today but I do not have any timeframe when it should be all finished because the screen doors, the window grills, and its screens and then the cabinets are still yet to be installed. The contractor got all the job for it and it also costs a lot although the result is still beautiful. I am just sharing some of the look of the interior of the house plus its terrace but the dirty kitchen is still unfinished. If all the cabinets and the things I mentioned will get installed within this week, we can already transfer to our new house God-willing this weekend.

The house is built fast. With us it would take year, the outside. Next the inside starts and the last part is fur iture and the garden. It would cost a few hundrefs of euros. It's good to see how much your life will improve and you realized your mother's dream

The workers are paid via contract, it means that they are not paid by the hour or day. We opted in for the contract to save us from paying much.
However there had been a several contract work for the front of the house which was the new terrace, the main house and then the roofing at the back of the house which will be our dirty kitchen-laundry-activity-siesta-mini-garden so it added more time for finishing the house.
My brother-in-law is a supervisor in his work and has men he could use to finish some of the things needed to be done like my parent's bed frame, the garage door, and its roofing. So he is a great help for me which will save me some money I could use elsewhere like for my important food supplements.
Tomorrow the room built-in cabinets and the cabinet in the kitchen plus the window grills, its screen and the door screens and then the bathroom door will get installed.
I hope that it will get finished before this week ends God-willing because I can't wait to be in my room already and eat my breakfast in our new terrace and enjoy the ultravioletless rays morning ray of sunlight on my skin because of its transparent green polycarbonate roof under Miss @wakeupkitty 🧡🌹
I am still overwhelmed by the interior of the house, it is bright, clean, cozy, and spacious. Dream come true I should say because of the additional features its has like the water softener system and the solar panels.
One of our neighbors is telling my mother that she is famous around our Barrio because of how the house looks like now, especially with its solar panels as it makes the house unique looking around here and so our neighbors are stunned about it because they are not expecting my mother to have such an abode of beauty and function, thanks be to God.
