I Will Try To Readjust My Dry Weight Again

The weather now is not as cold or cool as before because it is already two weeks in the month of February and I am readying myself for the drizzling hot days that will happen in the next few months from now.

I just needed to be as comfortable as possible in-between my dialysis days. So I have to find out the ideal dry weight where I can be in between about my blood pressure not crashing and going home adequately removed with extra fluids from my body.

So I have to readjust my dry weight, adding 100 mL at a time for those extra fluids that has to be removed from here on out. Actually I was doing it already in the past few sessions that I have. Now I will have to determine the weight that I have to target, the weight that I will go home with a completed session.

My dialysis nowadays are not really pleasant because I couldn't eat. I had gotten bored with the taste of my dialysis meal all because I could not achieve the appetite to eat anymore. All that I am doing is to eat a salty snack which is a chore to do and I am doing it because I just don't want to have some problems with my blood pressure.

But in the coming days and weeks if the weather stays consistently hot it will definitely help me for not getting too filled-up fast with fluids which is what I am longing to happen. Forget about the discomfort but I just benefit from a weather that will give me some liberty about my fluid consumption which is important for me even though it seems to be a very negligible to most people.

Many patients are not like me, they just rely on the nurses to do what is best for them. But it should not be the case and now I actually had changed the way nurses do their job because we are now given the liberty on how much fluids that they have to set in the dialysis machine to be removed, it was not the case before. It is better that way so because the patients know when it is enough so that we can get as comfortable in-between dialysis session days.
