Using the Sevelamer as my Phosphate binder is a bad idea for my case because it counters the absorption of my Vitamin K2 MK-7 supplement

My body pain returned, particularly with this pain in my feet's heel bone, it is now very difficult to walk and I have to ask my mother to guide me if I want to go out from my bed and and to any place in this house and back to my bed. Now I can't walk to the front door and look at the street in front or visit the water softener tanks at the side of the house. It sucks because it makes me feel depressed when I am in pain although pain will just happen if I will walk or do something physical. Hopefully I will get better in the next few days maybe more than a week like what happened before.
From the recent weeks, I was using this other type of vitamin K2 MK-7 which was made by the same company "Carlson", but it is in the form of drops but it has some vitamin D3 which made me to purchase it since their other Vitamin K2 MK-7 in gel capsules are not available at the moment. So I used the drops and then I used another from of Phosphate binder called Sevelamer carbonate.
Sevelamer carbonate is quite an expensive medicine and I am not using it because of its price since Calcium carbonate is working for me. But my church brethren offered some help for me to acquire it and they asked for my prescription so I can gladly gave it to them after asking my nurses to gave me some prescription for the said medicine together with the vitamins I am suggested to use like Renalvite, Vitamin B-complex, and Calcium carbonate. I received my free medicine and vitamins after a few days from my brethren.
I originally asked for a prescription of ketoanalogues but my Nephrologists told me that it is no longer needed because I am already on dialysis according to her which is why I am not using it anymore. But the reason why I am using it is because I am not eating enough protein in my daily diet and I do not want to eat much animal protein because it elevates my creatinine levels. Ketoanalogues provides me the easily absorbable amino acids without the urea and creatinine building-up in my system unlike if I will source my protein from animal or plant sources which will make a significant build-up of the said toxins in my body which makes me to feel ill and nauseated.
Anyway, as I used the new form of vitamin K2, I combined it with Sevelamer, it turned out based on my experience, that Sevelamer had impeded the absorption of vitamin K2. I actually knew that it would happen because based on my light research, Sevelamer actually hinders the absorption of oil-based/soluble vitamins like vitamin A, D, E, and K. Apparently Sevelamer can also lower Cholesterol levels as well.
Well, I learned by a painful trial and error lesson which is why I already stopped using Sevelamer and continued to use calcium carbonate as my phosphate binder which I also stopped using while using Sevelamer carbonate. I also bought the vitamin K2 MK-7 in gel capsule form plus the magnesium glycinate which facilitates a better absorption of calcium to my bones and away from the soft tissues of my body including from my heart's coronary arteries to protect my heart. Combining these particular vitamin and minerals will allow my bones to recover again and stop the pain from developing again.
My Nephrologist actually is telling her patients to stop using calcium carbonate because according to her, it is causing calcification of the of tissues, arteries and veins of dialysis patients. It is not entirely true because it was the secondary hyperparathyroidism that causes the bones to leach-out Calcium to the bloodstream which causes calcifications.
The solution is to control the elevation of Phosphorus so that the Parathyroid will not get overactive and we (dialysis patients) can control our phosphorus levels by using phosphate binders. Unfortunately, Sevelamer carbonate is barring the absorption of vitamin K2 MK-7 and I can use it anymore. I will just go back to what is working for me which is using the aforementioned combination of the two minerals and this vitamin so that I can "go back to my feet" again.
I hope that these pain issues would die down in the next few days because t deeply worries me to go back to that former state of pain I experienced before I discovered the effect of vitamin K2 MK-7to my bones. But I am now dependent on it to maintain my levels of lesser pain condition which is very sad and depressing because what if I cannot afford it anymore? The thought of it still worries me a lot which is why I am praying to God to bless my ways and means of earning money because all I am longing for is to reach a state of well-being free from pain or at least having a tolerable amount of pain and I will already be happy about it.
