Not sure...can't read it.
Seems reasonable that Turkey would need an exchange.

    I think that’s awesome news for steem as long they don’t start trading sbd since it’s pegging is still out of whack, may scare off larger institutions moving into the space.

    Last thing we need is for some exchange to pull listing as being endorsed by their government will cause a ton of fud.
