The tendency of crypto currencies to position themselves strongly worldwide seems irreversible; however, the Turkcoin case tends to resemble Venezuelan Petro: public debt titles; where the government is the centralizing entity of the trade thing that goes against the decentralization of this market and that is what has given it, in my opinion, the strength that it now possesses.
