My Actifit Report Card: February 23 2022

Dear friends

As I mentioned yesterday, having the opportunity to practice walking in the afternoons represents one of the best therapies to delay the symptoms of aging.

Being able to breathe the fresh afternoon air if we are blessed to live in a city with low population density, without much environmental pollution, allows us to activate our body and our muscles, circulatory and nervous system to oxygenate more efficiently.

Of course, it is necessary to follow a medical surveillance which we must schedule regularly with a minimum frequency of time lapses of about six months. In addition to following a proper nutritional plan avoiding excesses.

Today I share with you two pictures taken during my walk today that I hope you like.

Estimados amigos

Tal como les comente ayer, tener la oportunidad de practicar la caminata por las tardes representa una de las mejores terapias para atrasar los sintomas de envejecimiento.

El poder respirar el aire fresco de la tarde si tenemos la bendición de vivir en una ciudad con poca densidad poblacional, sin mucha contaminación ambiental, nos permite que nuestro organismo se active y nuestros musculos, sistema circulatorio y nervioso se oxigenen de manera mas eficiente.

Por supuesto, se hace necesario la vigilancia medica la cual debemos pautarla de manera regular con una frecuencia minima de lapsos de tiempo de unos seis meses. Ademas de seguir un adecuado plan nutricional evitando excesos.

Hoy les comparto dos fotografias tomadas durante mi caminata de hoy que espero les agraden.
