Fit@40 #50 - Working out the ’beef’

So today (Thursday) as I was working out, I noticed a couple of songs playing in the gym. The first was ‘Duppy’ by Drake, followed by Pusha T’s ’The Story of Adidon’.

Apparently the two are embroiled in a rap beef. First off props to whoever sets the track list in OneLdn. Those tracks are days old and they already have them on rotation.

There was a time, 20 years ago, when I would have been invested in such a ‘beef’. Now it’s just background noise as I workout.

Prioritisation is important with age!
