This week's contest theme is: “Share and comment on a photograph.”
This week's contest is being published as the year draws to a close. It will be the last one ending in 2025 and the first one beginning in 2026. So I wanted the image for this contest to be the best you can have, one that expresses the joy of having the opportunity to see this year through to the end and begin the next.
Post an image that is very meaningful to you, always reflecting the nature of your surroundings. An image that delights your senses, that allows you to communicate to all who read you your good wishes for yourself and for everyone else.

Now, at this moment, I bring you this image that I want to share with everyone. It is a flower that looks like a daisy. It beautifies the gardens where it grows. It is so beautiful in its colors that it attracts butterflies.
Just as this flower is so beautiful that it is capable of attracting beings as magical as butterflies, so I hope that in this new year, which is coming in a few days, it will bring much peace and tranquility to your hearts, that you may see beyond, in the detached hearts of your brothers and sisters, all the good that they have.

Hand in hand with my beloved nature, I want to share with you this beautiful photograph showing a perfect combination of the intense blue of the sky and the green of the leafy trees.
If we look closely at the image, we can also see the earth that sustains their roots.
I took this picture two days ago when I was on my way to my dear cousin's funeral, from a moving car, and it left me reflecting on how short life is and the importance of valuing every moment.
In 2025, I have found peace in nature, which always comforts me in the most difficult moments. The calmness conveyed by the blue sky and the robustness of the trees teach me that, despite difficult times, there is always light and life around us.
I want to thank each of you for your support and friendship during this year. I hope that in 2026, we can continue to grow together, sharing within the Steemit platform. May each day be filled with new learning opportunities.

This is sich a great photo you took. I can imagine places like these bring you peace. Do you also feel it if you look at the photo? I wouldn't have guessed you took it from a moving car. It's very bright and clear.

I share this photo, cold, snow (more ice) and even joy. Not my sort of fun but if I see this picture it makes me smile and I envy the dogs. Being a human with all those worries is far from easy. Imagine we are doing this, how would people respond?
Some still have fun at high age, no matter the time, age we live in. Unaware of wars, just that little paradise is enough to feel safe, have fun and continue life.
2026! Let's hope there's no need to fight again and if, it's for our freedom, the right to decide about our lives .

It is a wolf hound. A healthy, very strong breed. Yes, indeed wolf. Why this one? Because the German shepherd is no longer healthy and vulnerable for over 500 diseases! That is what happens if humans interfere with nature.

That wolfdog is impressive, the German Shepherd is incredible, but those genetic modifications have weakened it; although it's bigger, it's more vulnerable. ( you chose a very good photo for the contest) See you later.
That's the problem with all breeds with pedigrees it'sinceat so all weaknesses show. Some breeds are found cool but those are handicaps which always makes me wonder why we do that with animals but not find handicapped humans cute.
The dog looks cute, as if he has no burdens, he's enjoying his life in a relaxed manner. Hopefully, we can also enjoy life despite the harsh circumstances we're facing, like the war you mentioned and the flash floods we're experiencing.
Hopefully, 2026 will be even better.

He is the example of true joy. Imagine just a bowl of food or a hug a day and that's it. Being happy if someone arrives home no matter the mood.
How many people would be?
He is a beautiful dog having fun with the little things that life gives him. We humans have a lot to learn from our domestic animals.
The wisdom of enjoying the moment that presents itself, since it may be that tomorrow we will not have them again.
Wishing that everything we can experience in our lives teaches us to tolerate the most difficult situations that come our way.

The image invites us to reflect on life, on how happy we can be if we give ourselves the opportunity to have fun.
I would enjoy it like that if I had the chance; I would take my nephews to play with them, regardless of my age. It's a dream I would love to make a reality, even if I'm sore afterward, haha.

Does age matter? I don't think so. You can still roll over the floor, just standing up might be hard but even that can be fun if they try to help you.

I didn't quite understand "the masculine thing," however, here in Venezuela, both men and women enjoy playing in different ways.
It's true, age isn't as important as enjoying it, and if I imagine myself enjoying it on the floor in the snow, getting up will be a difficult moment, ha ha ha.
