How are you all? I hope all of you are well and happy in your lives. I am grateful to see every new day in my life. I thanked to Allah for this blessing.
First of all i am thankfull to #steemit-ironchef who organised such an amazing contest in @steemit-ironchef. I am really happy to participate in this contest.And today I ate a lot of delicious and fast food-like things.
I made a burger for myself at lunchtime because I wanted something delicious and crispy. I hadn't eaten anything since I went out for a long time, so I made it from the ingredients I had at home. I wasn't home at the time of the food I had prepared at our house in the afternoon. When I returned from home, I made a burger for myself, in which I added shami kebab eggs and the sauce I keep ready for the burger at home, and it turned out to be a very delicious burger. If we keep such things at home in advance, sometimes when we feel like it, we have some things with us. We cook them and eat them comfortably.
After finishing the burgers, evening slowly started to set in, and I felt quite heavy from the meal. So I decided to make some warm kava for myself and my sister. Kava always helps us feel lighter, and it gives a soothing comfort, especially in this kind of weather. The moment we sat with our hot cups, it felt like all the tiredness of the day started melting away. The gentle warmth, the aroma, and the calmness of the evening made everything feel peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect way to end the day.
The kids became really happy when I brought the fresh, warm fries to the table. Their faces lit up as soon as they smelled them, and they started enjoying the chips right away. Seeing them eat with so much excitement made me feel good too. While they were busy enjoying their snacks, the elders also joined in and tasted a few fries, appreciating how light and crispy they were. Moments like these remind me how simple homemade food can bring joy to everyone, especially children. The house felt lively with their laughter and chatter, and it turned into a very warm and pleasant evening for all of us.
When they ate the fries, I quickly put on TV cartoons for them because these little kids are more annoying when they are guests at someone else's house. My intention was to keep them entertained so that their mothers could spend their time well. I made popcorn for them and put on cartoons for them. The sound of the kernels popping in the pot filled the kitchen, and soon the whole house smelled warm and buttery. As soon as I brought the popcorn out, their eyes sparkled with excitement. Popcorn is light, tasty, and easy for children to eat, so it was the perfect snack for them.This is how the kids go to the beach and the kids have a good day when they are doing their favorite things and watching them.
And at night, we were also feeling quite hungry, and at home, I didn't feel like going to the kitchen and cooking something myself because I was so tired. Today, I spent most of my time in the kitchen, so we ordered a Malai boti pizza so that we could eat something. Well, here we often order food from the same shop, and their taste is always so good. Their delivery is quick, their service is amazing, and the best thing is that they always prepare everything fresh.As soon as the pizza arrived, the aroma alone lifted our mood. The soft, creamy malai boti pieces, the perfectly melted cheese, and the slightly crispy crust made every bite worth it.

1.- Debes mejorar tus hábitos alimenticios, la comida chatarra no es saludable y más si lo hacemos hasta en dos de nuestro menú diario
2.- Tomar dos litros de agua al día te ayudarán a digerir mejor los alimentos
3.- Incorporar frutas y vegetales más fibra para evitar trastornos gastro intestinales
