SEC - S13W1 | Powering My Account With Scouts Power
Hi Scouts!
I feel good to be part of this contest, power up has been our watch-word for the past 2 years now, yeah it has become part of many of us, that is why many of us used to power up weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, depending on what suits each one. But before I delve into answering the guiding questions, permit me to write a bit on what powering up is; it is the transferring of our liquid tokens to (Steem power) vesting, an investment which helps us to grow and support fellow users.
My sincere answer to this question is YES, Power up is so important to both the users and the ecosystem. It encourages us to build our Steem power, which in turn will help us to gain influence and more Reward through Curation. It helps to strengthen the ecosystem, making the price of Steem get more value instead of dumping it in exchange. It's a lucrative investment and I love it!
I usually Power up weekly, or sometimes twice a week it normally makes me happy to reach the next hundred and thousand. I love Power Up and I've never fallen off club status since its initiation.
For this contest have Power up some of this week's steem tokens reward below are the steps I took:
- First, I log in to my Wallet with the posting key
- And my wallet opened, everything became green and, this was my wallet before powering up.
- Next I clicked on Steem and then powered up.
- I key in on the number of Steem I wanted to power and click on the power-up button.
- Next I clicked okay and then input my active key to validate the transaction. And it was done!
My next short-term steem power goal is to achieve 5 Dolphins 🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬 well I can't really say but I'm expecting to achieve this goal before the end of this year. While my long-term steem power goal is to achieve an Orca level, for this I don't know how long it will take me, but what I know is that I will never give up, I would rather be consistent, active and determined.
(1) Steemit is a win-win, I first of all developed a power-up habit, always investing at least 50 % of my rewards monthly rewards. Then I used my little power to support fellow users and in return got a reward in the form of Steem power thus growing further!
(2) I used to engage meaningfully with fellow users, encouraging, guiding and correcting them and I used to receive rewards for doing this.
(3) I always try to create quality content and most of my rewards come from here, and that is it! Power up is so important, it helps us to build our power and become influential. I love to power up, let's power and save for tomorrow!

It is always rewarding to power up, vote for others amd also build quality content. I feel creating quality content on steemit daily brings mor rewards.

The flexing of muscles is practically what Steem power do for us in terms of voting on other user's post. When we power up, we increase our voting muscles, powering up is likened to going to the gym. I see we have 5 dolphins right on sight.
