Photographs of various flowers:
Limonium is a distinct type of flower, also known as Sea Lavender. These flowers are small and colorful, and are widely used in floral arrangements. They primarily come in shades of blue, purple, white, pink, and yellow. Even when dried, the flowers retain their color and the beauty of their petals.
I discovered this flower for the first time today at a small farmer's nursery right next to the Bardhaman Zoo—a place filled with various flowering plants, ornamental creepers, and indoor plants. The farmer sells these flowers at low prices, either in wholesale markets or directly to individuals. Also featured is the 'Begum Bahar' flower (often locally known as Daatbhanga); its leaves resemble bay leaves. It possesses medicinal properties, and the flowers appear in shades of deep or light purple.
Additionally, I have shared photos of the large Tagar (Crape Jasmine) flower; a milky sap oozes out when the flower is plucked. However, this white flower looks truly beautiful when in full bloom. This is an unidentified, unfamiliar flower that looks very much like a cockscomb. The red flower is fuzzy, and its green leaves are quite large.
| I hope you all enjoy today's photographs. I will return again another day with a new topic; until then, I wish you all good health and well-being. |
